Love this target. The staff is really nice, helpful, and hardworking. Curbside and pickup are easy to use. The store is always clean and well stocked. It’s a delight to do my weekly shopping here!
I'll start off by saying this is my go to Target. I normally love the atmosphere & the employees are helpful. Within the past couple weeks they've implemented a 10 items or less limit on their self check out and it has done nothing but slow everyones check out experience & show the lack of employees manning the registers. I overheard one of the leads explaining to one of the many other Frustrated customers that this is some sort of test. Let's go ahead and chalk it up as an Fail and say atleast we tried. Please and thank sincerely the vast majority! This store is a 5 other than this not so minor inconvenience
The store is very clean and the people are very nice so I feel bad not giving five stars. But it just takes the cashiers way too long to check anybody out. I've here three times, and everytime bought about 20 items or less, and consistently it takes the cashiers more than 10 minutes to check me out. And I'm not talking standing in line, I mean from the time they start scanning my items to the time I can pay is 10 minutes or more
Was the best store in the metro. Now they arbitrarily set self checkout limit to 10 items, while only having 4 cashiers on staff and lines into the merchandise sections. Way to put the customer first.
Negative store experience: one of the great parts of shopping at Target is using the self check out. However, now self check out is only for shoppers with 10 items or less, and although there were open registers at the self check out I had to go to a regular check out, stand in line behind four other shoppers, and then the cashier would not bag my groceries because he didn’t like the bags I brought. According to him, they wouldn’t stand up properly. It really left a bad feeling for shopping at Target.
Used to be a nice Target but now at self check out it's 10 items and less. They don't have much staff so you have to wait in line for ever
I recently visited my local Target store and was blown away by the level of service and cleanliness. The team at Target was incredibly helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the store was. It was clear that the Target team takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their customers. What really stood out, however, was how helpful the team was. They were friendly and approachable, and they went out of their way to answer my questions and provide guidance on where to find specific items. They even offered to check the back stock for me when they didn't have a certain item on the shelf. Overall, my experience at Target was exceptional. The team was top-notch and the store was immaculately clean. I would highly recommend Target to anyone looking for a stress-free shopping experience. Five stars all around!
I was racially profiled by an employee named Sandy at the self checkout. My mom and I were checking out our stuff and my mother handed her an item and let her know we weren’t purchasing that item. After we got our receipt and started leaving she asked “did you guys pay for all of that?” She had no reason to accuse us of stealing other than the fact that we were black women. It was humiliating and disgusting. I have been going to this target since I moved to Edina 5 years ago and have never experienced something so disgusting and vile. Maybe they need to hire more people of color to make sure this doesn’t happen again since old white people can’t be trusted to not be racist.
This has to rival the biggest location in the state. Rightfully so, very busy location. I wish Target would leave two feet from the isle of merchandise for isle safety but I digress. Staff are helpful and warm. I love the Anime section. This location seem to be a solid stop for baby formula. Looks like a ton was available. Solid visit.
Very busy! Well stocked, clean and neat. Customer service is good, and the checkout process was quick and easy. Got most of the items I wanted and stood in line for only a couple moments before reaching the register. The Starbucks inside is also very good!
