I tried to go shopping here. Several of my items were in the wrong place. Sales associate Stephanie would not honor anything on sale. She told me the sales was too good to be true. Did you really think it’ll be that low? Stephanie horrible sales rep. No couth. Prejudice.
My sister and I were just treated terribly at this location. We were chased inside our fitting rooms by a Macys employee by the name of Stephanie claiming she had to “clean” out the dressing rooms, we allowed her to do it and she still stood outside our dressing rooms while we changed, followed us out and treated us like criminals. This was a humiliating shopping experience. Even worse every item we were trying to purchase was placed in the wrong section and the cashier refused to honor the sales. $300 worth of items were tripled in price because the store was out of order and the sale section was in shambles. My whole family shops this location but I will never patronize them again. We were treated with blatant racism for just trying to enjoy shopping. Shame on you Macys for not training your employees to embrace diversity and inclusion!
I wish I remembered the name of the kind woman who helped me at the fragrance department. I had no idea what I was looking for but she helped me find it! She was super patient and offered a variety of samples.
For the love of God, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MACYS CREDIT CARD. The backward company has no business in the credit game. Their app just reroutes you to the home page when you try to link a card and you have to give your card #'s to overseas customer service people just to make a payment. Canceled your joke of a credit card 3 days later, thanks for nothing Macys!
I like this Macy's location because it's pretty close to one of the main streets, has its own parking which isn't miles away. It's convenient for pickup too.
Walked in but looking to purchase anything and I see this mind blowing Coconut milk sofa with a cuddler. So sleek and modern looking, but with my luck it was just put on the floor, had no price and won't be available for two months after purchasing.
Terrible the little black girl upstairs is weird and acts like she needs to jump in my wallet but yesterday the big latin girl with glasses slammed my hands with the receipt absolutely disgusting. Absolutely not going back to this stupid location
My visit to Macy's on Wednesday was amazing! Audrey, took her time to help me in picking out jewelry that match my outfit. She was so helpful, kind and efficient. She definitely made my evening! Thank you so much Audrey!
Watch out for DELORES at jewelry. She is rude, condescending & I have no idea why she works there. The other staff I encountered there were polite, I feel bad for whoever works with her.
So we were in a rush trying to do some last minute shopping for the kids' graduation, and Macy's showed out. We were able to find everything we needed, and then some. One of the cashier really stood out because she was amazing and extremely helpful her name was Ninette. She helped us put outfits together and to find the right shoes. Congratulations to her on her first kid, she will be a great mom. Great service.
