Sometimes the clothes are good but the main issue with this store in my opinion is that it’s messy, disorganized, and needs air running through the store. Always messy sometimes worst than some Ross stores and Burlington.
The clothes here are at a great price but a lot of the items are disorganized. It’s like they do not have workers who reorganize the items. Returning items takes a long time also. The cashier who helped do return did not know what they were doing and was very mean.
Nice Nordstrom rack with lots of clothes and merchandise. They are usually a bit busy, but good prices.
It's ok! It's always understaffed. The store has been cleaner in past years, it seems to be very cluttered, with the duplicates of everything; it's hard to move around, there's so much stuff everywhere. They have new stock, but it's not new fashions. Their prices have definitely increased. I'll stick to click to order instead of brick and mortar.
On Veterans day, I decided I would go to nordstrom rack and enjoy a peaceful day of shopping. In stead, I was followed by three security people at Nordstrom rack because I showed up as a black women wearing a baseball cap, a mask and casual clothing! Please note that this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location and other Nordstrom locations! To say that Im upset is under statement because no one deserves to be racially profiled and treated like a criminal while out shopping. The moment I picked up a few clothing items and I walked around the store holding the items in my hand as most shoppers do. I started to notice that I was being followed by a white women, then a black women, then a latino male! At that moment, felt rage because I'm thinking to myself why me and why can't I just enjoy my shopping experience like everyone else in the store! In that moment, I realized that my shopping experience is different when I show up in my work clothes which is usually a dress and heels. If I'm wearing a baseball cap and casual clothing, my shopping experience is completely different and I'm going to be followed! Although, my clothing may change it does not change who I am. I'm an educated black women with two Master degrees, that happens to be a teacher. However, instead of being treated with the respect that all educators deserve to be treated with. I was treated as if I was a criminal simply based on my appearance! Dear Nordstrom, it is simply not enough to hire black clothing designers or to post that you support black lives matters but you allow your staff to treat black women like criminals! You need to start training your staff on what it means to leave their racial biases at home and how to treat every customer as a valued person!!!
Nordstrom rack started carrying many designers shoes for affordable prices. I love it!!
This Nordstrom Rack is next to the South Bay Galleria Mall in an outdoor strip. It is near lots of other great stores such as Living Spaces, Ulta Beauty and Target. There are also a few restaurants nearby. There is plenty of parking available right out front. The store is very large and organized. There are lots of dressing rooms so you wont have to wait. There is typically a line at the registers but it moves fairly quickly.
After Christmas sale were nice. Store was clean and well organized.
Love them even tho they found my phone called me nd told me they found it but when I went to get it they said they couldn't find it
I had a great experience at the Redondo Beach location today and it started with the staff that work the dressing room. I wish I would have captured the names of the other 3 women that were helpful as well, but I can only recall Erica. I spend approx 3 hours looking for a dress for a special occasion and Erica was extremely helpful. I’m missing a lot of details about how awesome they were, but I just wanted to highlight Erica and the other women that made my shopping experience enjoyable.
