I was out in search of an Easter dress for my infant daughter.. an item was missing piece. I asked if there were any more in that size.. Unfortunately, the answer was "No, not at this time." EASTER was 2 days away. BUT the staff was so kind and helpful.. Without even asking, they took the time to search and help me pick a new item for the Easter celebration.. i ended up buying 2 new baby dresses that day.. Thank you so much, ladies!
Honestly, I feel sad every time I'm in this Macy's. It's very run-down and tired, extremely hard to navigate, and feels eerily empty. The fitting room is pretty gross and the shelf in the first stall was falling off the wall. It's difficult to find any employees here, if you're lost or need help there's little hope in finding your way to an employee. It's exacerbated by the amount of unstaffed registers. It seems the makeup and jewelry counters are the only place you can semi-reliably find someone who knows the store. There's no staff roaming around, no staff at the scarcely-placed registers; where are they? I found someone to ring us up eventually, but she was extremely rude and disinterested. My fiance and I were shopping together, so when she asked for a Macy's card my fiance wanted to provide his. She asked who was making the payment and I said I was. She said we can't use his rewards card if I was the one paying. I've never had this issue anywhere else. She didn't address me at all, only generally referring to me while speaking to him. We just paid with his card in the end, because it makes little difference to our situation. It was just the cherry on top of an annoying experience
We bought a suit tonight and David took care of us. He was friendly polite, professional and helped us save a lot of money by having us obtain a macys card. By doing this he helped us save over $100! He had lots of good suggestions and we left very happy. The store is clean and well organized.
Reza new guy in the Ralph Lauren Polo section was very nice and respectful. I hope that was his name, helped my fiancé and I this afternoon. He’s very pleasant, Macys needs to hire more employees like him.
Frederick Scott Key Mall in Frederick, MD is depressing!!! It's not pleasing to the eyes and offers very little. Other malls, like Tysons Corner or Columbia, have more to offer, but you have to deal with commuter traffic, and they are more expensive. I'm willing to spend more, but I'd prefer to spend it in my city and not have to drive an hour to get a cute outfit! Macy's is now overpriced, undesirable the clothes look like they're made for the ladies of Shady Pines Nursing Home on Golden Girls! It's truly .
Sad,Macy's used to be one of the most beautiful stores in the world, and it's starting to look like it is on the decline. Very, very sad.
Every time I visit the store is more empty and empty. They are trying to save money on electricity . The store felt like it was in the 90. Need to turn on the AC especially when its hot out there.
Searching for Egyptian cotton sheets and a comforter. Both preferably made in the USA. Found an abundance of sheets made in India and some of the gaudiest comforters I've seen. Totally disappointed!
Really glad to have found this Macy’s has a Macy’s Backstage! I found some amazing deals here! 4 stars because it was a bit messy.
There is a store within the Macy's store called Backstage... You can get items usually cheap. My wife got a pair of $30 shoes for $5. It's hit or miss.
