They definitely have stepped their game up! At times it's not so many cashiers but at least the ones that are there move fast to get out of the store and as accurate as possible! Latoya is on her job as a manager, I don't particularly like her attitude at times in the past, but she's running it well none the less! And shout out to the amazing staff there too!
One of the better Walmarts. Much more space in aisles and in departments so you aren't bumping into people. However, the fitting room area had no one there to help.
I visited Walmart today to have my oil changed and have 4 tires mounted. When I was checking out I notices that my total was way above what I was quoted. Jeani listened and went into action finding the discrepancy and correcting it. She communicated with management on my behalf and ensure that it was fixed. She was comforting and reassuring during the whole situation. I am so grateful that she was there to listen and receptive to what I was saying. She was awesome!
I am a Walmart+ member and I received a defective product. I tried returning it to this store like the site said to do but apparently scammer sellers are allowed to rip me off without consequences. There is no customer service or care here. I have no return button available and I explained this to customer service. She just shrugged her shoulders and refused to make eye contact. I now have to file a chargeback with my credit card company because Walmart doesn't care! THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!!!!
They have everything here. I had read there was a shortage of Tacobell sauce by the bottle, but this spot has plenty. Staff is always stocking shelves. They focus on their job and let you shop. But are friendly and happy to help if you ask for it.
3 hours of total frustration. The clothing department is a messy disaster. Only 2 checkout lanes with humans soon to be all replaced by self-checkout by first of the year. No compact carts but most other Walmarts have them. It is a miserable place to shop.
I had a great experience shopping at Walmart Supercenter in Frederick, MD. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and there was a wide selection of products to choose from. The only downside was that the checkout lines were a bit long, but overall it was a positive shopping experience.
Horrible experience at this location with the pickup orders. It seems like the management makes up rules as they go based on who they like or don’t like. Self-check out is also a very poor experience as there’s a certain individual who likes to make customers feel as though they’re stealing. Very rude and poor management and customer service at this store.
Too much stuff in the aisles for stocking. Which blocked people in wheelchairs and mobility devices. Staff too nosey when doing self checkout. 2 actual cashier. Items not properly displayed with or near the right price label below. Hard to get help from staff
Great Walmart and location. Only problem is.. when you stand in line for a half a hour because only one register is open. No wonder we're seeing more and more self check outs. Nobody wants to work.
