I want to start off by saying I have never shopped at Macy's before. Never even looked them up before, but I wish that I did. I went to Macy's to try and find some gifts for my family. While their selections were good, the prices were very high. I found a handbag that was $80. I found a sweater for $60. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything. If you're shopping with a very tight budget then this store is not for you. If you've got quite a bit of money to spend, you'll find some really good things and clothes there.

Is it any wonder Macy's is having a hard time. I'm waiting in line with about 10 other people trying to check out, and a storm employee said why don't you go to the checkout stand in front of the Store? So some of us did And when we got there it was closed and we had lost our place in line at the other  station. Macy's has nothing that I am that interested in that I am going to outwait that poor customer service.   In the 1st place, 2 registers for a floor that size is ridiculous. No Macy's I won't be coming back. I just threw my items on the counter and walked out

Store inventory pretty depleted, but, then it was the last week before Christmas. Not many discounts. Hard to see what has become of mens shoes at Macys.

Macy's is always clean and well organized.  It was nice to see the Toy's R US display.  They seem to be adding more clothes to actually try on and buy in-store.  I like that.  The place was almost empty at 6 pm on. Friday night.  That made me sad.

This isn't a Macy's I would go back to,selection isn't good and the prices are extremely high, so even if there is a sale the prices aren't reasonable, I use to love Macy's but if this is any indication of the direction Macy's is going,I will go to the competition down the aisle.

Had fun shopping  with a friend. She found her dress  for an event we are going to and I found a nice outfit  as well. % off even better

Used to enjoy shopping at Macy's. The large cosmetic/perfume section you walk thru is just to much due to all the mixed perfume odors.

Who doesn't love Macy's! Hope they get more goods in now that the Holidays are over. A great place to get your Havaianas -flip flops!

Makeup department had amazing Black Friday deals. I will put it on my calendar for next year.

The first time I went there to pick up an order the escalator was out the second time I go up there to pick up an order because of the snowbirds it works in the department is beautiful and everything and even it was cool temperature but the first time it wasn't cool temperature and the escalator going up to where I needed to pick up my order didn't work how cheap and how disgusting
