The staff at the store was great, was able to get my bill paid. And I try and frequent my local stores over going to some of the larger stores if at all possible that way it allows those stores to still maintain operation. They still have a great selection and it still supports the community.

I went to three different macy’s locations prior to getting here to have my watch sized for me and they all wasted my time and told me ‘ we don’t have the tools for sizing that specific watch ‘ I can’t express enough how professional the lady who works at the watch department is, her name is Corrie and she took less than 3 minutes to get it done, now I know where to go next time

No much products. Little empty Update: more products during Christmas time. Nothing much to say! Not impressed with the organisation of things and products! Definitely not like before. You still can find good deals

The last gasp at a dying mall. Selection was barren and outdated. Almost no associates around the help. With what few were around, they were costly on their phone or talking with each other.  It would be best to shop elsewhere. Unless you have some weird nostalgia for the store. Or can't find a specific product they carry elsewhere.

Staff Are Nice & Helpful. Always Find Something When I Come Here For A Good Price. One Of My Favorite Macy’s To Go To

I gave Macy's 5 plus stars, at this location in Burnsville. I would give 10+ more stars, it doesnt go that far. A sales rep by the name of Sally is such a sweetheart not many young ppl take the time for older folks like me a person of color, very rare without speculation she extended her customer service to me even though I stop her in midflight when  she told me she is off the clock, yet I help you what do you need.    i needed a particular  item , we never had any luck with 15min on her personal time. Her dedication and lovely spirit, resourcefulness took me by surprise. I am beyond grateful for you Sally, hopeful your manager sees this review and gives you recognition with your humble service.  I will check out MOA for my size & color. I hope they have my item  I got quality service here I hope the same in MOA . Thank you abundantly  Genuinely Caring Customer,

Why shop in crowded places when you have Macy's. Easy fast checkout and prices less than the stores that you think are cheap. The departments are beautiful.

This Macy's is so extremely dry... Options for shopping are incredibly limited. Store associates are also limited. The boys section is almost non-existent...

No one working in the Kitchen & Bedding Dept. That Department has gone down hill from previous years and looked in a complete mess.  Very disappointed to see it looking like this.

The place is going downhill fast.  Not much to like here anymore.  I went in to buy some jeans.  This is what the store looked like.  A total mess!  And their prices are still higher than Kohl's.  I went to notify a cashier of the condition, and she promptly total me she was 'closed' and I'd have to go to another stand to be helped.  Unfortunately, the days of a premium customer experience are gone from here.
