I've been a regular patient @ this dental office coming up on a year now, and for a plethora of reasons I am certainly a very pleased patient!! Dr. Maddox along with all of his employees are just fantastic!! I would highly suggest this dental office to anyone who would take the great advice
Dr.Maddox has an immaculate establishment & is very clean. Dr.Maddox employees are accommodating to my needs, flexible with my schedule, and have great customer service. I feel welcome here. DR.Maddox is very accommodating and makes me feel comfortable with the procedure that he has recommended for my dental health. Dr.Maddix does impeccable work and I as his patient am 120% HAPPY and have recommended him to all of my friends, neighbors, & fellow townspeople. Dr. Maddox is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He always makes sure that I’m comfortable which is no easy task, and he does beautiful work! All of the staff in his office are so helpful and caring. I feel very blessed to have them taking care of my teeth

Today was my first visit to Maddox Family Dental Center in the Dunkirk office. I just want to say thank you to Dr. Maddox and staff for the great care and hospitality I experienced while I was there! I actually look forward to my next appointment thanks again!
The staff at Maddox Family Dentistry make every patient feel comfortable. My 5 year old loves going to the dentist because of this staff! I definitely recommend them for every member of the family!!
I went to Maddox since I was a little kid and recently started going back there after a short few year period of going somewhere else. I have bad anxiety when I have more than a cleaning done and Dr. Maddox does a great job explaining what he is doing while he is doing it, what will happen next, and checking on me throughout the process. I can’t picture myself going anywhere else anytime soon.
I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an emergency visit with the office so quickly. I was treated with kindness and friendliness and felt very welcomed by all staff that I came in contact with. I was treated with respect and given though information as to what I need to have done. I will be making this my dental office for all my dental work I will need done.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and Dentists. Good atmosphere! Had a filling fall out from a very visible area and was "sqeezed" in the schedule the very next day and I am very happy with the result. I highly recommend this clinic.
Excellent, thorough, conscientous dentist. As good as they come.
