This place needs to do better. Appointments are 3 hours long. Or more. Wrong eta is given. People out to lunch and nobody to assist even after being admitted to a room. You ask roughly how much longer? She is clueless. Who’s managing schedules? Staffing? If your reading this, DO better. People have jobs to be at and other things to do. Also, these “medical assistance” need to work on their compassion and patient service skills. Because it stinks.

Don't recommend taking any kids or babies here. You are better off getting a doctor at Valley Children's, the wait for this office is terrible. My child had an appointment at 1:30, and we were moved out of two clinic rooms still waiting to see the doctor and saw the doctor at 6 p.m. we were the last people to leave and all the lights to the building were off, had to exit out of an emergency door. Had to beg the doctor for a referral to have my child be seen for emergency care. The nurses are awful, they gave my child another TB test when he just had his done and was there for the flu shot only and they didn't bother asking what he was there for or even looking at his chart. Most unprofessional doctors and staff.

This office is completely awful and unprofessional starting from the lack of education, resources, awful nurses, bad receptionists, and especially doctors. The wait time is absolutely ridiculously long for no reason and the appointments are less than 15 minutes and most of it is waiting for the doctors to arrive to check your children. This place was my personal pediatrician when I was younger but now having my own child years later nothing has changed in this business please take your children somewhere deserving. This place exploits low income Latino families... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I like going here. They always remember us. They're pretty nice for the most part. Waiting time is the only issue. Once I waited there from 7am to 8 almost 9pm just for a physical. I don't mind waiting, but that's the only problem, but I do understand that my child's doctor is always on call to go to the hospital when babies are born as he is one of the most requested doctors.

The doctors are great. However, Be willing to spend a couple hours of wait time. I wish that the assistants can be more welcoming and friendly especially to make the kids feel comfortable. Overall the place is clean but the restrooms can really need some TLC, no paper towels, no toilet paper dispenser

So I took my daughter here and had a 2:15pm appointment. Got there at 2pm and waited in the waiting room for an hour and half!! Once in the back we waited for another hour! And once we asked how much longer the receptionist was extremely rude and told us we still had 2 people in front of us and it would be another hour or two before being seen. How is that possible??? Total waste of my time and will not recommend going here to anyone! I have nothing bad to say about the doctor cuz we never got to see him but the initial experience is more than enough to want us to never go back!

Dr. Bangash is so friendly with kids always open to questions. And trys his best to get you out of there as fast as he can.

The nurse asked my mom my health question so it was really rude as well as disregarding the patient. I was very clear on my symptoms and how long I've had them and she continued to ask my mom these questions instead of me. Also for privacy, older teens should have the option to not allow their parents in the room

Rude .... patients services should be dealt with the upmost respect, these are children... how sad, I'm glad I switched to Dr. Brar, he is so nice and the girls at the receptionist area are super sweet.

The staff isn't the friendliest, waiting time is long, and the whole facility lacks cleanes. They also make you wait no matter how sick you child is.
