Madison Branch Library

First time at this library. Everyone was kind. Relaxing vibes and a great place to read. It's got a some great architecture as well. I appreciated the unique layout inside.

I came to Lakewood for the first time ever intent on going to Cleveland Curiosities, my grandmother and I parked at the library so I could use the restroom. Upon coming out I asked 3 guys at the counter for any cool places in the area. Not only did they list some places that might interest me, they even made a Google doc with links to directions and the website, going above and beyond! Thank you guys so much for all the help!!

The main branch is better and I never really cared for this location. It always felt cramped and the staff weren't too happy to be there.

Everyone was positive also very nice. They were all very helpful. Beautiful library.

So cozy and welcoming and the selection of the books and movies is amazing ..

The Newly renovated Library went thru a 15 month refurb. Originally opened in 1929. Now it is amazingly Beautiful inside & everything has been updated to handle 21st century Tech...

Top notch staff and tech. Good lighting, clean open study areas, great book selections and a good section of magazines. Very well updated clean library.

I've always gotten good service from the staff here. They're most helpful when I have questions, and are helpful getting you setup with a digital device or service like Hoopla. Love these guys!! I kind of like this one better due to the coziness of it compared to the main branch library.

It's always been a great meeting place.. since the remodeling it's even better.. the staff are always helpful and nice

WOW, Intimidation tactics!!! The library just called my daughter and used intimidation with a cop to warn my daughter that she had overdue books.... Really what happened to good old collection companies. No the lake wood police calls and intimidates young girls for overdue books. That is absolutely ludicrous and should be against the law. Then the library claims they know nothing about it and contradicts themselves and admits they hire a rent a cop to help them collect fees... Intimidation at its finest people. BULLIES HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Who does that? You should be ashamed!
