Madison Fire & Rescue Station 3

I really liked firefighters until tonight. They were blocking my home and as I was nicely asking where I could go a tall guy with blond short hair “Shoowed “ me telling me to “get on” I was baffled! How dare you disrespect me as I’m asking a question. Just so you can Search a car. Ridiculous. I know your face. There was no fire so you weren’t even needed here.

I fell recently and just could not get up. Felt bad about calling 911, but within minutes, 4 paramedics came to help. They were very kind and understanding and even helped reassure my sweet granddog. She and I were just finishing a walk. I appreciate their help

I work on the outer square, right in between Capitol PD, Madison PD, Dane County Sheriff's Office, and on a main route for Meriter/St. Mary's Hospital and Madison Fire Department Station #1. I usually enjoy hearing sirens. I actually find them comforting, people are doing their jobs. It's a different when you never hear the sirens. I was already in an ambulance by the time I regained consciousness. All I know is that Madison Fire Department sent me a HIPAA disclosure, so they were obviously first on the scene. Keep up the good work.
