I can only give 2 stars and that is for Lori the nurse and the cna’s. I wasn’t very impressed with the staffing …. I felt the facilities was very under staffed on the weekends and I expressed my concerns to the director of nursing and was told that they were staffed to the max by federal guidelines…. 1 RN and 2 CNA’s per floor is not enough for 20 some patients… my mother was admitted there for rehabilitation for hip replacement surgery and needed physical therapy which isn’t offered on weekends…. In fact she was too receive 110 mins a week which broken down to 22 mins per day on average. I was very disappointed in the very matter of fact attitude that the management displayed…. I’m also concerned for the other patients there because it’s all about profits

Dad was here for post hospital rehab late last year into early this year. The room was very unkempt, I had to express concerns to mgmt over the unclean state of it for someone to come clean it and some furniture items were falling apart. It was taken care of fairly quickly afterwards but the area of the facility was just very run down in general and honestly does not resemble the photos posted online. I felt really good about choosing this place before he discharged from CAMC and my heart just sank walking into his room once he got there. I think the staff were good people and had best intentions but just do not have the resources or set up to give much of what was needed for a bariatric rehab client. Perhaps long term residents have better experiences. Maybe it was a bad time of year coming through the holidays. Either way, would not choose this facility again.

Don't let them fool you!  Promised my Elderly fella the first room in Skilled Nursing and was put on Assisted Living Floor. Countless calls all day all night to get someone to his room. He passed. Stopped up sink never fixed. No shower the 5 weeks he was there. I clipped his nails the day before he passed. The word for the staff that my fellow used was Billigerant. I will continue to fight for rights of the Elderly. Just know this is not the place for them.

The CNA Lois Nix is an absolute angel, she took care of my grandma til her time passed. She made sure she felt loved and cared for! She is the best CNA there no doubt about it:

I had worked for this company for 10 years it was like my home from home loved my job loved the residents work on Assisted Living. The employees yes are great in taking care of the residents. The management on the other hand do not have their heads in the right place. I had quit because I was moving to another state even put my 2 weeks in. I had moved back home yes they hired me back but when I went back I felt like I was being harrassed I felt like I had no other choice but to quit. Then I had seen on the internet they were having a CNA class I had applied numerous of times for the class and no call. But yet many of people that I worked with had quit numerous of times and they hired them back. I don’t understand it I work 40 hrs a week always done my job. I’m srry but I’m gonna have to give a 2 star ratings.

my mother resides there. Eloise is currently going thru stage 4 breast and lung cancer. She has been there for over 15 years and has become a staple of the facility. I had no choice but to find a place that can help me take care of my mother and a lady by the name of Bobbi helped me. if it wasn't for Bobbi, my mother would have been long gone. My Mother is a blessing, literally, blessing everyone she meets with a smile and a "God bless you." attitude, you can't help but smile and feel good after meeting her. Some has said, A blessing that you can actually feel. My mother is a strong, loving, caring woman to all that is around her. I love her so much, it hurts me to not be able to care for her, a huge guilt on my side but I know she is in good hands and will be able to be comfortable in her last years. Huntington's best kept secret ! Super cool building with lots of history. Compassionate staff and very happy residents. I can't recommend this community enough!

Went for job interview for open house couldn’t stay the hr lady said , that’s ok you can reschedule I haven’t heard from them since tried calling them they don’t answer the phone I left messages they never return complete waste of time ..

Great employees who love their residents!
