I had the best time! My facial was great .. I only did 30 mins and I’m glowing. Erin did my massage … I never talk that much, not only do I feel wonderful due to her expertise, we had the best convo. I will definitely be returning. Everyone was very attentive. GREAT customer service.

Way overpriced! Charged me $75 for one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. I had a basic gel pedicure done. She did a terrible job on my cuticles and I've lost gel polish on two toes after 2 weeks!! Save yourself some money and go to a more reputable salon away from downtown Fernandina.Service: Pedicure

I moved from Atlanta three years ago and I've never been able to find anyone that could cut my hair, until I came in to Katie! She cut my hair perfectly. She did highlights and the color is beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments, and I am delighted!

I started there several months ago and they only had 1 hair stylist/colorist. I made monthly appointments. During my few visits with her, she had talked about her/her husband opening a gym and I asked if she would be leaving the salon. Yesterday, a few days before my monthly appointment, Magna called me and said the woman had left the week before !, although they had not bothered to tell me that then! There's no one else there doing hair and they knew she'd be leaving - it was obvious - but they didn't want to tell anyone. Why they couldn't tell me the minute she left, I don't know, but it's clear the owners have no sense of what professional courtesy means. Waiting until the very last minute to tell me tells you everything you need to know about this place.

What a wonderful experience today at Magna. I love the atmosphere...everyone is welcoming and friendly. My stylist was ready for me and gave me some great suggestions for me to consider. We chatted briefly and then it was a wash, cut and style. I had my long hair cut to an asymmetrical bob... so cute and I love it. I definitely will be returning. Great people who know their art and craft of hairstyles.

We were warmly greeted at the door and offered a beverage. Shortly after we went to our massages. Courtney worked on a couple of sore spots in a manner that relaxed the spots without hurting me and then gave me the most relaxing massage. It was fabulous. We also got pedicures afterward and the women did a great job. It was a wonderful experience!

I have been coming to have my hair cut by Miss Suzanne for over a year now and I could not be happier. She listens to what you like and how you normally wear your hair, plus she also consults with you regarding you hair health etc. If you can get an appointment whatever you do, dont cancel or be late as you may regret the best hair cut you never had. I think she is that good.

LOVE this salon! Suzanne did my hair done for my wedding and a couple other girls did my bridesmaids hair and it all came out stunning! Also have had routine haircuts there, it is such a great atmosphere with friendly and professional service!

Magna's will not disappoint. They use Aveda products and will special order anything you need. The staff and stylists are extremely professional and skilled. You will receive platinum level service with all requests. Parking is not usually an issue, but you should be aware that the salon is located in the heart of down town Fernandina. I would recommend making an appointment at least a week in advance in order to receive a stylist best suited for you. Spa services are available. Prices range from $$$-$$$$ depending on your service.
