Stayed here on our last day of vacation. Our room on the third floor overlooked the pool. It was very nice and clean, spotless. Beds were super clean and comfy, plenty of towels and hot water. Loved the fact a coffee maker was provided. The provided breakfast was awesome, nice and hot and lots to choose from. From the front desk employee to the employees serving breakfast everyone was very friendly. Didn’t get her name but kudos to the breakfast cook. Will stay here again if we go back to Natchez

Great stay even though it was only one night. The room was clean, beds comfortable and the shower was hot. Front desk staff was friendly and the check-in and checkout was quick and easy. Location is great, close to everything you need. I'll definitely be staying there again the next time I'm in Natchez.Rooms: 5/5

Great location and staff but the rooms are seriously in need of updates. While the lobby and public areas are nice, the rooms have seen better days. It seems as though there's some cutting back on some of the amenities we've come to expect there. Sadly, I've had to update my previous review.Rooms: 2/5

It was a very nice room and the beds were super plush. We got up the next morning and enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast.Rooms: 4/5

This was a great place close to many restaurants and historic places. There is no traffic noise, which is great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and not outdated, as I see in many hotels.Rooms: 5/5

Not even in walking of casino, they did offer free transportation.  The one time we asked for it, they had to go hunt down someone, so we drove ourselves. Had to ask for extra room coffee and no one could find any.  Breakfast was top notch, pool looked really nice and parking lots very clean. Lighting in the room to dim to work by. Front desk could not make reservation for second day, told me to do it online, then our room was not cleaned for the 2nd day. They did bring us fresh towels when we got back very late and we told them to leave the bed as is.

Room floors could have been little cleaner,  but otherwise bathroom was clean and room was large. Only clean rooms after you checkout but very good about giving you what you need at front desk. Breakfast was good but fills up fast due to buses for tours. Staff in breakfast room very friendly and helpful.  Walkability: Close to downtown and very walkable to all attractions.
