Magnolia Bluffs Casino Hotel, BW Premier Collection

Stayed here on our last day of vacation. Our room on the third floor overlooked the pool. It was very nice and clean, spotless. Beds were super clean and comfy, plenty of towels and hot water. Loved the fact a coffee maker was provided. The provided breakfast was awesome, nice and hot and lots to choose from. From the front desk employee to the employees serving breakfast everyone was very friendly. Didn’t get her name but kudos to the breakfast cook. Will stay here again if we go back to Natchez

It was a very nice room and the beds were super plush. We got up the next morning and enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast.Rooms: 4/5

This was a great place close to many restaurants and historic places. There is no traffic noise, which is great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and not outdated, as I see in many hotels.Rooms: 5/5

Not even in walking of casino, they did offer free transportation. The one time we asked for it, they had to go hunt down someone, so we drove ourselves. Had to ask for extra room coffee and no one could find any. Breakfast was top notch, pool looked really nice and parking lots very clean. Lighting in the room to dim to work by. Front desk could not make reservation for second day, told me to do it online, then our room was not cleaned for the 2nd day. They did bring us fresh towels when we got back very late and we told them to leave the bed as is.

I was here for the weekend on vacation. This was my first time staying here. When I walked in it was so beautiful and very nice employees. I went to my room only to find the microwave and refrigerator does not work. So we inform them they sent up a guy who fixed it great so I thought. Now I go out to pick up something an my key card is not working. No problem let's go back down she reset it . We go back still does not work. I have a baby all the up an down I was over. So my husband went this time it worked. Cool now im thinking I'm good nope the floor was not mop I figured that out cause I was walking barefoot after the shower I took a towel and it was brown I only been in the room an hour. So I didn't let the baby get on the floor at all an thpapt was hard cause she loves to crawl. I saw hair on the bathroom floor that was not mines cause I have braids. So I'm positive there was no mop or anything done to the floor. And then the Ac had to call them again to get them temp lower. Over all out of a 10 I give this place a 6 because breakfast tasted like ap home cooked meal . If they clean the floor in my room I would maybe come back when I come back in town.
