I went in for an exam so I could get my 2 front teeth crowns.  I have not had insurance in a while and I've only seen the dentist twice in my life. My mother could not afford to take us 3 to the dentist as kids.  Doctor Ram examined me and he started making comments like,  Wow we got a lot of cavities,  Look at this one,  Look at that one,  Oh my God what's going on here.  Doctor Ram was just announcing to the whole office and humiliating me with all these announcements,  You would think this is something a doctor would just keep to themselves and not make the general notes for the exam to the assistant. He made me feel awful, and caused me some anxiety.  We scheduled another day because my blood pressure was a bit too high,  of course it would be after being spoken to like that. I tried to let him know what he was doing and would give him a chance.  Came in on Friday February 10th, was 15 minutes early,  He was about 5 minutes late.   I made sure not to eat or drink anything 24 hours in advance,  And I guess my blood pressure was a bit too high again, they took it a 2nd time and it was coming down,  But then doctor Ram walked in.  He assumed I was on blood pressure medication,  He assumed I've had health insurance all my life,  He assumed a lot,  I get why he would not work on me because my blood pressure was high,  But he wasn't making things easier by the way he was speaking down to me.  He made me very uncomfortable, he spoke down to me, he humiliated me again.  He is unaware that other people might be prone to anxiety, plus I'm sitting in a dentist's chair, which I've only done twice in my life, so yes, I'm nervous. Yes, my blood pressure is up.  Do Not Use Dr Ramzanali  -----------  In response to the Owner,  Your entire team knows my feelings? They know how you made me feel when making comments like " whats going on here with all these cavities"?  It's also impersonal that I am facing the ceiling/tv and your behind me while "educating me".  Do you own all the locations?

Ynette, Gabby, Elizabeth, and Dr. Ramzanali treated me like I was the only patient in the world! Excellent care, experience, and honesty! What more can you ask for! They really do their best for you! I'm 62 years old and this was, hands down, the best dental experience I've ever had!

Always a great experience at Magnolia Dental, Dr. Gorivanchi has seen my family since my three kids were able to step onto the dental chair. The staff is always friendly, informative and willing to help you out with questions about coverage; you’re like myself and didn’t do your research ahead of time. They’re always prompt on the 6 month call to remind me about all our annual exams as well Dr. Edmond Watkins is the oral surgeon who extracted  my son’s wisdom teeth. He came out to inform me about the procedure and thoroughly gave me post surgery expectations and care. Overall, nearly 15 year established client, and probably many more to come.

They make you wait and be in Pain before they could actually do an extraction they scheduled my appointment two weeks out I was in so much pain I had to go somewhere else and they made me pay $50 to be seen for 1 minute don’t waste your time here !

Friendly and great staff I been coming to this place since they open about 8 years ago. I got my braces here and I loved the results. Now all my family comes here, best place ever!!!
