Westbrook did a great job. Plenty picking spots. Local restaurants have set up outside dining and you can go from the foot bridge all the way to Cumberland ave. There is a spot to rent kayaks too.
It was so much fun! The little one had a place to play and feed the ducks. There was a nice picnic table the adults appreciated. The puppy loved going for a walk. It was clean and a trash can was easily accessible. It was easy for a handicapped person in a wheelchair to navigate. Good food, good friends, beautiful weather, great scenery. What more could you want!
I Love walking the river paths, feeding the ducks, watching the turtles mate and play. This year I'll be trying my new kayak out in the river! I know it's going to be AWESOME!! When my grandson is down for a visit we thoroughly enjoy the park, bike trails and fishing in the river.
Really beautiful park to stop at for a break, or short walk. There is also a child's playground here. Different birds, water, trees & other lovely sights!! Limited parking...
A real nice place to either have Picnic with your Family or let the Kids Play...
A local gem. For a smaller park it is beautiful. Good equipment for children and nice access to the river with a TON of ducks! Beautiful memorial statue and gazebo. Parking is a little space but it's a good trade off
Riverbank Park is one of the jewells of this growing city that is being reborn.
Together Days 2022- Good burgers and fries at American Legion, great clam cakes at Jennifer's... fried dough was decent but slow, the pizza looked cursed, cool music but where's the beer tent anyways? #MaineCommunitySupperReviews
Went here growing up with the family I'm still surprised this place is still standing I absolutely love it great family place
Great for kids and even ducks to see.
