So grateful for the care I have received here! Two hours after my appointment I was already feeling so much better due to their great care! The nurse practitioner is amazing and all of the nurses are precious . Thank you so much!!
The check in procedure Kiosk is not user friendly. It took us longer to get my wife checked in than it did for the remainder of the visit. The instructions aren't clear. The people there are very friendly and we believe that the diagnosis given and the prescribed medication are appropriate.
They got me right in when I told them my baby had been running fevers all night and that morning. They quickly got him in and ran test for everything and took great care of him. They were fast and efficient on top of professional and kind and made me feel like my son was part of their family.
I had been sick for a week and finally decided to seek medical care. The process of enrolling and checking in was great and I didn't have to wait more than about 45 minutes from the time I made a check in time until I was called back for my appointment. Very caring staff! They didn't seem rushed and had plenty of time and really listened to my issues. I was offered options in my own care and was informed before any tests were to be run strep, flu, etc. My medication was sent to my pharmacy without me having to follow up on it. I wasn't expecting such quick and professional service and I was pleasantly surprised. I will not hesitate to choose this option in the future.
I love that they don’t ever treat you like they are trying to hurry you out of the door. I have had to go here several times when unable to see our doctors and they have always been so sweet and so helpful. Unfortunately we had to go in last minute and even though they were closing right after we got there, they were still so nice and never made us feel like a burden. This is so refreshing even though I know it had to feel like one!
I came here last month and saw Miranda and she was incredible!! 10/10 However, I came today for sinus symptoms and feeling much worse than I did 1 month ago. I had sharp pains when taking breaths and yet the NP today tells me she didn’t see a reason to prescribe anything at all unless I was sick for 6-7 days. I’m on day 4 and progressively worse. I guess I’ll be going to the new urgent care now.
They took every good care of me and the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was the waiting time. Other than that everyone was nice and caring.
Staff was almost nonexistent. Whomever took my vitals and did my swab test. Didn’t care to do it correctly. Had to have them redone. My Bp was high and the lpn didn’t seem to care. Explain to them about my hypertension. Went in one ear and out the other. Was prescribed Tylenol & ibuprofen. Don’t recommend. Go somewhere else
Took about 2 hours but there was 7 ahead of me. I could have left and returned but I elected to stay. All 3 personnel very professional. I elected to go to other urgent care in town initially but it was closed due to illness? I worked in medical field for 49 1/2 years. We never closed the hospital. Didn’t realize that was acceptable. That for my care.
Great experience!! The nurses took time to listen and provide me with what I needed. I feel much better after my visit. Thank you MainStreet Family Care.
