This 1905 Dutch Colonial was lovingly restored and completed in January of 2017. This home was designed with entertaining and its guests comfort in mind. From the minute you walk into the grand entryway, you are greeted by a bust of Marie Antoinette, who was infamously known for throwing fabulous parties, so it is fitting that she looks onto the formal dining room that accommodates up to 14 guests. You'll also have enough dishes, glassware, and silverware to set the perfect table for your friends and family.
The kitchen is designed for use by professional chefs. From the six burner gas range, to the convection oven, and the wine fridge to keep your newly purchased bottles at the right temperature - you will have it all at your finger tips. The kitchen comes stocked with spices from around the world, and the necessary staples for you to whip up your favorite dish.
Enjoy a cup of Nespresso coffee while you read the local paper in the morning in the breakfast nook looking onto the 1/4 acre garden and swimming pool. If you prefer your coffee al fresco then slide open the large glass doors, and settle into one of the chairs with a good book to start your day.
After a day of wine tasting, or lounging by the pool, enjoy a cocktail in the garden and then settle in for games at the game table which transforms itself from poker, to chess, checkers, backgammon, or roulette. End the night by the fire pit in the garden, or in a bubble bath relaxing before bed.
