Look I wanted to give it one star, I will be honest and not let the anger of my experience get the best of me.. It’s inexpensive, which is nice, there was plenty of space in the theater, also nice. It wasn’t too hot and the atmosphere was nice. But there should be a rule about teenagers in movies without adult supervision. It doesn’t help that the establishment was being run by mostly teenagers who couldn’t care less about having a job. We went to go see the new blue beetle movie after a long week. We were excited to finally get out of the house. But it was quickly ruined by loud guests. There was a group of teenage boys yelling and throwing concession foods. They were constantly On their phones, jumping over aisle seats, getting up and leaving and coming back. Not to mention, Stomping up and down the stairs. I looked at my husband who told me to just ignore them. I did for about 1/2 the movie. During that time, two female employees came in. I was hoping they were going to say something, but they were their friends. They joined in and started chasing each other up the steps. And then running out of the theater. Some more kids came in a little while later yelling at the other kids about taking their two dollars. At that point I had enough. And so had a lot of other guests around us. They were running up the aisle and I had to stop them in their tracks. I had to get up and parent kids that weren’t mine. So embarrassing. They all got up and left. And never came back in. The rest of the movie went smoothly. But I shouldn’t have to do that… I was upset that employees were allowing this type of behavior. I say that because there was also another gentleman who worked there talking on the other side to another group of teenagers…I get the upper management can’t control every situation that happens in their theater but they need to train employees to have more respect about allowing disruptive behavior in the theater. I paid money for the experience of a movie and it was ruined.
Was there for 45 minutes of rhe movie Kids going up and down the steps throwing pop corn at people's head. Very bad we left and will not go back. Manager was real young and does not have control of the rifraf at his theater. Needs To be supervised by the police.
This is one of the worst theaters I have been in. The seats were very uncomfortable and while the screen was large there were blue dots from the bottom right corner extending into the picture. The concessions moved rather quickly but appeared to be unorganized and pretty outdated. The biggest problem we had was a preview for a rated R movie, Bottoms, that preceded Indiana Jones, PG13. The preview was extremely vulgar and offensive and not fit for an older adult let alone a preteen. To make matters worse they showed it twice! This was a poor choice on management’s part. The ladies restroom was also disgusting. Very displeased by my visit to this theater but the movie was decent.
After paying to watch a movie my kids decided want refreshments. Upon reaching the counter was instructed to go to end of line where people hadn't payed yet. This was very distributing and frustrating due to having to miss the movie. I pleded with worker to help but was told no even though I had already paid. This is very unprofessional and expected.more from Greenville establishment.
Most inefficient process. Had to wait 20 minutes in concession line to purchase tickets. Missed start of movie. There were 3 people working, but one did nothing. There was nobody taking tickets when entering theater area, so I put everything in my wallet after purchase. Was stopped in hallway with hands full and had to dig out tickets. The theater smelled bad. Overall a very negative experience. The young man who waited on me did a good job. They just needed more workers.
It’s almost impossible to find a movie theater where you can buy two adult tickets, large poop corn, two drinks and two candies for under $40. This place is the best and I won’t go anywhere else to watch a movie from now on. This is what a real movie theater is like compared to AMC and cinemark, those places are gigantic ripoffs. This place has a real old school authentic feel to it, I love it.
The speakers are incapable of providing an adequate movie experience. They crackle. These movies we've seen sounds like the treble is completely up. When I'd rather stay home with my low end sound instead. That's not fair. Maybe there is a few showing rooms with seats that kinda recline if not they really need to update those too. Bathrooms were not kept up.
Nice community theater with very reasonable prices. It would be nice to have showtimes spread out more to reduce the backup at the window/concession, including before noon times. Still, very nice experience.
We love this theater. Comfortable seating in most theaters. Admission is super reasonable. Concessions don't eat your wallet.
This place is ok. Seems to be mismanaged. We purchased our tickets online and still had to wait in a long line to get the tickets from the registered thats others were buying tickets and getting food from. Kiosks didn't work. I talked to one of the employees and asked why don't you open the closed two registers for tickets only or the booth for outside? It would make your life easier. He seemed frustrated but replied because we have a manager who's younger than me and he won't open either. So I asked what's the point of having 2 of 6 registers open, 7 employees behind the counter, and a line out to the door? He said that because the manager refuses to open them. I told him get a new manager.
