100% recommend coming to Make N Music for all your guitar needs. I've been coming here for 10 years and I'm always satisfied with the service here. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I regularly come here to buy my nylon guitar strings, they've helped me with getting my first electric guitar and amp, getting together a sound system to rent for my high school graduation party and a sound system for my upcoming gigs. I'm a happy customer indeed! :
Bought a Taylor acoustic guitar about a year ago. I appreciated the personal service in helping me choose a guitar based on my skill level. Had a small separation in the face of the guitar. There were no questions they simply said they would repair. Repaired in a couple of days. Would very much recommend them.
I have been a steady customer since the West Patrick Street days where I first met Reggie. He said then that he couldn't meet the pricing I had been getting at Chuck Levin's, but would be able to provide competitive pricing along with better customer service. This has proven true and I have been a loyal customer ever since. You guys are the best and always find a way to provide this old goat everything he needs to be "famous"..lol
Looking for Bluetooth wireless guitar connections. Ryan showed me a few they offered. Upon review, I asked if he could order another brand which he did. Kept me up to date on delivery and notified me immediately when they came in. They have worked very nicely. This is why I continue to return to Make N Music. Great congenial service.
Very helpful/knowledgeable staff- great prices, at least for what i need. Rebuilding a guitar and i was impressed with the parts available. Small music store but good selection!
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always a good selection of new and used guitars, amps, drums and other musicians needs. Lots of accessories. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.
Make N Music is a great locally owned and operated business. They keep a well stocked inventory and there is always helpful and friendly employees.
Easily the best music store in all of Frederick. Staff is very helpful. Great products and service. If you need something fixed.... Rick is your man.
I recorded several albums in Nashville, and then started my own band. I needed equipment for the band, but I knew nothing about what I needed. Reg and Pam and their highly qualified staff was there to help me get what I needed. I had awesome sound. Also, Rick is an asewome repair man. No matter what guitar I bring to him, he will figure it out and repair it. For example, he was able to remove the orginal pick guard on my Gibson Hummingird, contact the company and get an orginal looking pick guard to match my guitar. I cannot say enough good things about Make-N-Music
