I am not sure of what anyone else experienced, but I was in for a cleaning Belle is phenomenal very efficient, with a great energy. Dr.Walters came in amazing and educated with his final recommendations. By the time I got to front desk Terra had my whole treatment plan ready along with referrals. The whole office is a vibe I really like this Dental office

This place doesn't deserve one star:  HORRIBLE!! For seven months I went to this dentist, paid out of pocket $3,550.00 plus $1000.00 from insurance and end results zero.  All work done had t o be redone, filing felt out, front tooth capped it felt out!!! Second visit not on books, this was my warning, staff rude, dentist suggesting service not warrant.  Took him to small claims court- only a small portion of monies paid refunded.

I visited this office a year ago and it was the absolute worst dental experience that I have ever had.  I had a crown put in and it fell out twice.  Upon trying to have it put in the second time, Malcolm said that it wouldn't fit and tried to charge me $750 for another one and called it a "deal."  I went to another dentist who fixed his jacked up work and it has been in ever since.  Now a year later I get a bill for $1066.63 out of nowhere with no explanation of what I am being charged for, when they charge you upfront for services.......why am I getting this bill?????  When I call the office they can't really explain anything and push me off to my insurance.   If you like BAD work and a RATCHET EXPERIENCE, this office is for you.  And to think that I wanted to support a black owned business.

Very rude receptionist at the first desk. Definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Worst dentist in Cleveland! If you want to lose teeth, be lied on and your mouth treated like and experiment than go for it! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO TREAT MY DOGS TEETH!

Professional and kind dentist, with an amazing staff.

I really love them. So welcoming and friendly. Always gets the job done. Someone told me something couldn’t be done and Dr. Malcolm Walters showed me different !! Thank you
