Professional Background
I am a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law (1984), and practiced as a real estate attorney for over 15 years.
I was licensed as a realtor in 2002, and am a partner at Westside Estate Agency, LA’s premiere luxury real estate firm.
I serve as Vice President of the Malibu Association of Realtors, and am a former Director for the Greater Los Angeles Multiple Listing Service, and former Assistant Manager for Coldwell Banker – West Malibu Office.

I have been ranked among the top 10% of all real estate agents both nationally and internationally.
I study the market on a daily basis and am on top of current sales and local market activity. I am an expert at valuing properties and getting my clients top dollar for their listings. Typically mine sell within 90% of the recommended asking price.
My attorney background has sharpened my negotiating skills, and I am equally adept at getting great values for my buyer clients.
Marketing and Sales Approach
I employ a full time marketing professional. Together we create and prepare a custom tailored advertising campaign for each property listed, including professional photography, print ads, web design, Google PPC campaigns, social media, e-blasts, mailers and marketing events.
My approach is always very hands on and professional, and I typically write all copy, do all showings and prepare all documents myself versus relying on lesser qualified assistants who may know little about the properties being shown.
