Indoor soccer, basketball, racketball, and track along with outdoor track. Never waiting to use a machine, clean, and not forgetting a place for crossfit.
The gym is amazing, offering a vast variety of options to workout. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is that the children's play area is quite bare bones and in the only area in the whole facility that pipes in music not entirely kid-friendly music, so even an electronic babysitter wouldn't work. There are two machines that face the play area, so if your kid is mobile and energetic like mine, you will need to make peace with only sporadically using the stair climber really nice one or the elliptical before spending the rest of the time trying to find things to occupy the kid instead of doing what you came to do. I'm looking forward to coming by myself...whenever that will be.
Staff doesn't ever clean. Been here a year n a half and I've only seen them fill up spray bottles and lay out rags. Honestly have no idea why they staff this gym at all because they contract civilians for cleaning. It would be cool if they at least told the childless men to step away from the parents area that is pretty slim to begin with. It's already frustrating that I have to bring my child to the gym due to lack of childcare base wide but then can't even access the limited equipment in the area because childless people are always using it. And it's hot as heck in there so my child is sweating from just sitting there. Equipment can go months of being broken too. Overall it gets the job done but definitely room for improvements.
Clean, organized and great location to campground.
Awesome gym. The Airforce is spoiled Compared to most gyms I've seen in the Army
I do not enjoy working out at this gym but unfortunately there are few other options available. For the population size who goes to this gym, there are hardly any benches, small range of equipment variety and just very small space overall. It could use an upgrade!!
It's ok, it has all the equipment and even an archey range but there is something missing that I can't quite put my finger on..
Was a good gym. Unfortunately, more of the resources seem to be going toward Crossfit equipment instead of replacing aging equipment or fixing a growing list of items. Several of which have been broken for months. The space intended for the pool has instead become what seems to be the permanent crossfit zone sadly.
Decent fitness equipment. No waiting for weights or machines unless you go at peak hours 6-7 am or 4-6 pm. The building is well heated in the winter and cooled in summer.
Hidden gem of the northern tier bases! One of the best gyms I've been to across multiple bases!
