Each items is made by hand with care and love, and we ask that you also love it with care: all drinkware or washable items should be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. (unless otherwise stated)
- all orders require at least a 50% non-refundable deposit before your order can be started. Accepted payments are cash, etransfer, and NEW visa or MasterCard.
- where possible it is asked all orders be done through my website as it allows for better tracking - www.mamabearsattic.ca
- add glitter vinyl to any order for $2/item
- any clothing or orders done with HTV (iron on) must be paid in full upfront
-the product price includes up to 3 design changes - after that each additional change to the design is $5.
- once your final product is complete, pick up is required within two weeks - if you request further changes once your product has been completed it will be subjected to a fee.
- all drinkware/glassware is recommended to be hand wash in warm water only - do not allow items to soak in water or place in the microwave or dishwasher.
- clothing items should be washed cold water only and inside out - hang to dry
Current turn around time is approx. 2-3 weeks Rush orders may be subjected to an increased fee.

We use outdoor vinyl on all of our products (except the NEW permanent ink transfer mugs), that is durable and made to last a minimum of six years. These are NOT stickers, as the vinyl is cut per the customers specifications. All of our items should be handwashed and never placed in the dishwasher or microwave. Please take this into consideration prior to placing your order.
