Absolutely made my wedding day delicious. Everyone was talking about the food. They made the whole process from beginning to end so easy and they are all so sweet and just amazing. I can not recommend them enough!
Good Batch Mama truly went above and beyond to make our wedding meal dreams come true. From the beautiful charcuterie spread during cocktail hour, to the cozy hot cocoa bar at the end of the very cold night, they provided everything we asked for in a way that exceeded all expectations. In addition to the delicious food and gorgeous presentation, their team made every step of the planning process a dream. When my fiancé now husband and I tested positive for COVID-19 on the day of our scheduled taste testing, they kindly packaged up the prepared food and hand-delivered it to our doorstep for our convenience and safety. I can't recommend Good Batch Mama enough. If you are looking for a top notch caterer, look no further.
So thankful for Good Batch Momma! The food is amazing and the prices are extremely affordable for everyone. These meals save us at least 2 hours of cooking and dishes every night after work. I recommend Good Batch Momma for everyone and every occasions. The “regular” portion feeds our family of 4 perfectly. Thanks for quality home cooked food at a great price. We switched from Hello Fresh and wish we had of done it sooner. Highly recommend! Attached is a quick photo of the chicken enchiladas that were so good.
My husband and I hired Good Batch Mama to cater at our wedding, and if I could give them six stars, I would. Their quality of service is fantastic—they worked with us in advance to personally customize our menu, provided seamless catering day-of, and they were always professional and easy to contact. They also have some of the best food I’ve ever tasted from a catering company! My guests were talking about the food for weeks after the ceremony, it was THAT good. But where Good Batch Mama really excels is in adding those personal touches. They sent my husband and I off with a giant bag of leftovers when we left the reception so we wouldn’t have to stop on the road. They mailed us a personalized charcuterie board a week after our wedding to congratulate us! And the best surprise was when they coordinated with my mom to include a bowl of my favorite Christmas candy it was a winter wedding in the buffet. They really went above and beyond at every step, and I’m so grateful for their service!
Good Batch Mama catered our wedding last week, and we couldn't have found a better catering company. Trinity was such a joy to work with, and she was very much so on top of things. In addition, the food was DELICIOUS especially the parmesan-crusted chicken. Our wedding was family only, and our families can't stop talking about how good the food was! We will definitely be using Good Batch Mama for future events. :
Good Batch Mama catered my daughter's wedding and it was fantastic! They built the perfect menu to accommodate both the bride and groom, which they chose to be served buffet style. We also had a cocktail hour, and their charcuterie board presentations are pure artwork, beautiful!! I could go into great detail about every dish that was served, and all would include delicious! And not just my opinion, so many of the guests raved about the food, even days after the wedding. And the best part is quite of few of the dishes served at the wedding are available on their frozen meals ordering platform. The best part besides the food is I don't remember when they got to the venue, and I don't know what time they left?! Being the mother of the bride, I had other things to do, and this was one thing I did not have to worry about. Everything was set up on time, there was plenty of food, the staff was lovely and it could not have been more perfect. Thank you, Good Batch Mama!!
Good Batch Mama offers quality and consistency every time and is a blessing for busy families! Not only does my family love it, but it has been a blessing to gift to others. GBM fed my daughter and 50 other high school students and the catering was delicious and easy. Adam and his family are genuinely kind, good people and have a heart for hospitality and service!

Good Batch Mama is a hidden gem in Kingsport. The prepared frozen meals are exceptional and simply the answer to having family meals together with a busy lifestyle. They even have the option of home delivery and always have service with a smile! I would highly recommend Good Batch Mama.
The food and ease of ordering is great. A weekly menu is posted each week with several selections and new items are added as our seasonal habits change. For most all items there is NO prep time, just put it in the over, grill or smoker and in a short time you have a delicious meal. Cooking instructions are attached to your order, which helps me. Not only is the food great, but the staff is awesome !!
