The shelves are always stoked. And it has a good healthy section of goods , this year's watermelon was the best iv ever had.. Not to mention the Tn. Pride , the pharmacy always has the time to help. And things like that mean alot to people . The women are always pros. At their work Kinda feels like stepping back in time little.
I purchased a money order from this Walmart maybe a week and a half ago? I had that same money order, the paper attached to the back of it, and my receipt. My husband and I split up bills between two paychecks every month he handed me an allotted amount of money and I did not realize this paycheck was supposed to be car payment,phone bill, and insurance my thought was "this goes to rent". So I put it on my card and purchased one. I accidentally wrote that money order out for rent and my rent is due the first and that will be the next check.car rental office does not accept rental payments until starting at the first of the month and they don't cash the money order type payments until the fifth in the meantime I need to be able to pay my car insurance that I need to legally drive with, my car payment so that I can keep said car and my telephone bill especially considering that my husband is the general manager where he works and his phone needs to be on at all times.I called them and asked beforehand if I could get it returned explained the situationthe original mistake was my own and I will admit to that and freely and openly Express that I just started writing something out for a bill because it has become so routine and was not thinking and was reassured on the phone that that could be done as long as I had both parts to the money order and the receipt. I get up there and they are rude and belligerent with me, I have my 6-year-old daughter with me and someone standing behind me and she very loudly announces my information, who the money orders written out to etc almost as if to shame me out of asking any further questions or to get me to go on my way. I'm sorry but have you never been a mother of five and accidentally written a check out to the wrong company? I'm also having issue with the fact that they were called beforehand and everything was explained to them in depth because I did not want to make a needless trip up there and I was reassured that it could be done. I will reiterate this I have the original money order,I have the original receipt and I have the slip of paper that has a perforated edge that you remove from the original money order that has the same series of numbers on it that the money order does as well as the same dollar amount, I have my form of legal identification my driver's license up to date and current. Never mind the fact that this is the second time that I have called this Walmart in regards to something and had to wait on the phone and then been given incorrect information. I even tried to circumvent the issue of them having to deal with my presence by calling beforehand therefore the rudeness I do not understand that. I'm going to be calling Western Union to verify that. Now I know that if you only have the receipt or you only have the slip of paper from the back that nothing can be done but I've never heard of a money order that has not been cashed in and the original purchaser still having said money order and everything that went with it cannot be reimbursed. And something I found out myself by looking on the Western Union website I could simply take it to the person that I accidentally wrote it out to they could sign it back over to me and that could also be cashed out but she did not tell me that. No all she did was very loudly announced my personal business to the people standing around me and in front of my six-year-old child and shoo me away. Here's the funnier part I got there 3 months ago to get a money order for my actual rent and was told that it could not be done because I had a debit card and mind you this was close to closing time. Guess what I paid for this one with? My debit card.I believe they'd shut down for the night and didn't want to pull the system back up.There was a different elderly woman in there when I obtained this money order and she told me that I could use my debit card or cash and that there would be a $1 fee. I have photos just don't want to post personal info.
This is only place I shop for groceries. The most aggravating thing about it is I had 2 shopping carts filled for my monthly shopping. Only the cigarette checkout line was open with people backed all the way down the aisle waiting to check out. Of course I have three kids who were already exhausted and ready to go home so I had no choice but to go through the self checkout. Not only was I forced to have to go through the self checkout, but I had to endure the dirty looks, huff and puffs from other customers cause they were so inconvenienced having wait on me to check out. Combine that with the employees attitudes, aggravation, and cold shoulders when something would scan twice, it makes me never want to shop there again. People act like I don't know I should go through the regular check out when I have $600 in groceries, but my hands are tied when I have no option or choice.
Everything is easy to find and the service is excellent the pharmacy has my mom's medicine ready and waiting and answered any questions we had recommend Walmart to one and all
I do all my grab and go quick shopping here. It's hardly ever packed and the staff is always friendly
Sometimes it’s easier to come to this walmart rather than the big walmart on w stone dr. Or 11w I think? lol good place to get mostly food stuff quicker, the big Walmart is more house hold stuff, stuff for vehicles, painting supplies, electronics, cloths. But everyone knows that already lol
Nice store. Fairly clean. Also fairly new. They were in the early stages of stocking and preparing to close for the day. Employees aren't nearly as eager to help as they usually are at the super store. This isn't my first time having a similar experience at this and other of the neighborhood markets. I could see why these market size stores could be a nice alternative to the super store. However the atmosphere is a tad uncomfortable and not entirely friendly. Oh well. Maybe next year.
Every shopping visit here,employees are so kind and friendly and respectful of different types of people like me,there very understanding
Horrible delivery experience !! Ordered over 200 dollars worth got someone else's 40 dollar baby items order !! The lady said it would mess up her COUNT to fix it the right way !!! Very disappointed in the customer service!! They need some training again !! Manager name was Melissa !!!
