Absolutely wonderful people. My mom looked great and the staff was super helpful and caring. The lady who got my mom ready was the sweetest. She made sure to treat my mom with respect even though she wasn't here anymore. My entire family uses manakee and I don't think we will use anyone else. Super understanding and compassionate.

this funeral home was the worst funeral home i have ever been too. my brother called asking how much money has been donated to the funeral home for my dad and they said “ Ask your dad “, my brother said “ Because he’s dead in your house “. this is sick behavior. these people are so rude to grieving people. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

My family and I have used Manakee Funeral Home over 20 times due to have any very large family. They have always catered to our needs and gone out of the way to make sure things were done properly. The staff is very considerate and make sure the family has everything they need. I refer all of my friends in their time of need to them.

They were rude every time we called they threw the flowers that were on my dads casket in a random bush at the graveyard they were gossiping about people at the funeral I would never recommend this funeral home nothing but money hungry inconsiderate people

There wasn't much friendly a out this funeral home. They were rude and impatient. Namely the tall older man and the old woman. I will not recommend you people.

Our experience was with Manakee of Elizabethtown was poor. They casket arrangement was broken during the night, when no one was around... When we arrived on visitation day, they had replaced our broken, 300$ arrangement with some salvaged rubber banded flowers!! They refused responsibility for the damage and they refused to replace or repair it. Then, during the funeral, three songs were supposed to be played. We got one full song and part of the second song. "Technical difficulties" was the excuse we were given. At the end of the prayer, they moved the casket in front of us... I was speechless. I feel that was so tacky and hurtful. And finally, at the graveyard, they actually dropped the casket briefly, while lowering her body into the grave. It was a difficult day for us, but the experience we had with this funeral service just made it worse. We are heartbroken and just in awe of the lack of service by Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.

They have always treated us really good when we have had funerals and wakes there. We have used them plenty of times.

These ARE HORRIBLE people. I understand the business aspect of this but to be as rude and inconsiderate as they were just blows my mind. GRIEVING AND NOW HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEIR ATTITUDES????? RIDICULOUS. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!!!

I thought they did poor on his body they are rush rush seems like they wanted us in and out

I have nothing good to say about Manakee Funeral Home at all. Hands down worst funeral home I've ever been to.
