Dr. Thomas Sterling
Dr. Sterling graduated from Midwestern University's Glendale, Arizona campus of the College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a one year Temple University surgical internship at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital followed by his osteopathic internship at Michigan State University's Sparrow Hospital, a level one trauma center. He completed his emergency medicine residency training at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH with focused training as a Life Flight physician responding to accidents by helicopter and providing aeromedical critical trauma care and transport. In addition, Dr. Sterling is a major in the Vermont Air National Guard and operates as a critical care flight surgeon for the 158th Fighter Wing.
Dr. Janel Kittredge
Dr. Kittredge received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA followed by residency training in emergency medicine at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH. She has extensive training in prehospital care, including wilderness medicine and emergency medical services, and has served as a Life Flight physician for aeromedical services in Toledo, OH. Dr. Kittredge has been the medical director of Stratton Mountain Urgent Care at Carlos Otis Clinic for the past six years and owns and operates Sterling Aesthetics, a nonsurgical aesthetic medicine practice. Dr. Kittredge returns to her hometown to provide medical care to the community. She grew up in Manchester and is a 1992 Burr & Burton graduate.
Dr. Sterling and Dr. Kittredge live in Winhall with their four young daughters.
