We went for the Kenmore days celebration and had a blast!
Grew up going to Mang Park I have had many fun times and played at Mang Park all the time. They also hold Kenmore days at the location once a year that is celebrated at the end with an awesome show. Playground: Nice playground and junglejim, inside park and features an enclosed Tennis court area with Two courts. They did have a basketball court but I am not sure if they still do. They also have a kids/kiddie pool towards the Military Rd side of the park that I believe is still used, as well as a 10 or 11 and up childrens pool . AKA Mang Pool Restrooms: Restrooms in park near basketball court pavilion. I cannot speak on the cleanliness. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly, a lot of open room and a walking trail, as it is a decent sized park. Picnic area: They do have multiple picnic pavilion areas that are available to rent for picnics.
Mang park is very popular with locals. There's always people walking dogs, using the tennis, pickleball, street hockey courts. There are 2 playground sets areas for children and the 2 swimming pools should be open soon.
I got to walk my dog and I met someone great people and I went in the morning and I got to let my dog go loose in the tennis courts but don't do that if there are people playing tennis there the sights where beautiful while hearing the birds
A very small playground and seems to be maintained. Great for local families. Has a large field and a few tennis courts.
Cute little neighborhood park. Tennis courts, floor hokey rink, picnic shelters, lots of open space for volleyball and soccer, baseball diamonds. Playground: There’s some swings in a small playground it could use some updating with some modern equipment. I think it’s the same stuff I played on when I was a kid 35 years ago. Restrooms: There are restrooms next to the wading pool that are open regularly. Dog-friendliness: People walk their dogs all day through the park. Never had an issue with mine. Picnic area: Seating scattered around the park. There are picnic shelter for rent. They are in OK condition. Definitely worth renting.
Grass 8 inches tall. No base lines. Detours don't allow access to the park yet 1 block away is a perfectly groomed baseball diamond for high school and adults
I had an absolutely wonderful time attending a friend's daughter's first birthday! Playground: The playground is kid friendly! Restrooms: The park had 2 Porta Pottys Dog-friendliness: Dog Friendly Picnic area: The picnic tables had shelters!
Nice park, got some pizza and took the kids.
Excellent park, the town of Tonawanda does an amazing job with the upkeep.
