Dr. Manole is the best! I've been seeing him for years. Despite the fact that I have moved and his office is now about 40 minutes out of my way, I continue to go to him because I trust him. I've bounced from dentist to dentist in the past when my insurance kept changing and I felt like all of those dentists just wanted to make some money off of me while they had me. Once I started seeing Dr. Manole, I felt like all of that surprisingly unnecessary dental work stopped. I felt like Dr. Manole took real care of me which was a feeling I did not get with the other dentists. My wife and many members of my extended family see Dr. Manole too. And this review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Bonnie, the most pain free dental hygienist you could ever hope for.
Dr. Manole is a great dentist, however, his front desk staff specifically Mary is rude and incompetent. She clearly hates her job and takes it out on his patients. I was able to avoid her for months as she only works on Thursdays but unfortunately I had the displeasure of speaking with her today that ultimately led me to cancel all future appointments. Very sad I can’t recommend Dr. Manole and will be seeking a new office moving forward.
Superb! Dr. Manole takes great care in listening to his patients and explaining details prior to each step. He is incredibly careful to ensure pain is limited and perfection achieved. I had two fillings with virtually no pain! Just spectacular!
I have been going here for years now and have always had a great experience. The office is clean and they are taking all steps to keep everyone safe. My dental hygienist Dr. Manole did a new fill in and was incredible, I felt NO pain! Bonnie did my cleaning, and was amazing, my teeth feel so clean and look great too!! Both Dr. Manole and Bonnie are so calming and makes what most people see as a stressful thing to do an peaceful event. Highly recommend!
Great dentist and hygienists who genuinely care about your wellbeing meaning they are NOT just in it for the money. I've been coming for years now, and Dr. Manole helped me reverse my bad habits/ gingivitis before it became to late. They clean your teeth thoroughly and painlessly. Great facility and workers, totally recommend.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Manole’s for nearly 20 years. He is an exceptional dentist who always takes his time with his patients. The office is run efficiently, I have never experienced a wait for my appointment. And best of all, my teeth look great! I would recommend Dr. Manole without hesitation!
Dr. Manole and his staff provides 5 star service to my family. My appointments are properly scheduled and I appreciate that I never spend a long time sitting in the waiting area. I appreciate that both Bonnie and Dr. Manole spends time explaining our options and how best to care our teeth. We travel from NY to NJ to see Dr. Manole and Bonnie because we feel comfortable and confident with their expertise. In fact my daughter is so impressed with the care and service that she wants to pursue dentistry. Kids are our best critics!
I have been going to Dr Manole for 30+ years and the reason is because there is no other dentist that i have ever had who explains things thoroughly and takes the time to do so. His work is beyond 5 stars and im very grateful. Walking into his office is like visiting family and also because his staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Manole.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Manole and his staff. I've been a patient of his for almost 15 years, and he is by far the best, most gentle and most skilled dentist I've ever had. Bonnie, one of his hygienists, is incredibly kind and good at her job, as well. His office is so great that even though I now live in Manhattan, I still travel to Hackensack for all of my cleanings and dental work. When I first visited the practice, I had not had a cleaning in years because of lack of dental insurance. I was very worried that any dentist I saw would shame me for my lack of care. But Dr. Manole was incredibly understanding: He genuinely only wants to help patients make their teeth stronger. He made me feel good as we worked together to correct the problems that had arisen between dental visits. Also of note: Dr. Manole is so great at injecting novocain — you hardly feel it! — and waiting until you are truly numb before he begins any dental work. I've never had anyone so patient work on my teeth. He's a gem.
Dr. Manole and staff are excellent! I am someone that was not comfortable at the dentist, but that is no more. Dr. Manole will make you feel at ease. He explains everything to you, and talks to you during the entire procedure so that you remain calm. I haven't had any pain or discomfort during or after my visit. The office hours are convenient, and no wait time. If you are looking around for a dentist, look no further!
