I was sent there from a hospital after surgery for therapy on my fractured kneecap. I was in a shared room with a patient who kept the temperature at 65 degrees. After a month of horrible treatment by aides who spoke Haitian I got moved to another room with a patient who later tested posiitive for Covid; I tested negative. I was moved four times total in about 4-5 weeks. I was isolated, no choice of food the entire stay served in bed, no therapy on Sat.& Sun. No help to toilet, had to stay in bed with soiled diaper. I got a UTI it took Fri-Mon. before I was tested and got an antibiotic. I also got MRSA and lastly, I tested positive for Covid. I left Against Medical Advice and paid over $100 to get away. Room lights go on at 5 am for BP and blood test. Meds given out often between 8-12 pm, tough if you are sleeping. You have to wear their gowns during night one size fits all.

My Father was recently in this facility for two months and they took great care of him. He actually was sad to leave. However, he left feeling stronger, incredibly better and ready to move on to assisted living. Thanks to all that had a hand and heart in his recovery. We very much appreciate all of you!

My mom is a resident there. She needs long term care. This place has been nothing but wonderful. The aides and RN’s are so good, warm and helpful. Yes long term care facilities are not perfect but this place is close. Angel in the lobby bends over backwards to assist callers and visitors. She is truly heaven scent. Nurses Emma, Merline, MaryAnn and John are a few of Mom’s favorites because I’ve seen them all interact with her with utmost respect. As Mom treats all with respect as well. Beulah gets all involved with social activities and makes all feel good. Melissa in admissions is welcoming and I enjoy my conversations with her. She’s very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. Please try this place and you will see.

A family member was here. It took us months to get him transferred to a long term facility. In the meantime my family member was ignored. They were not woken up for therapy, bathed, food, anything. Until they knew I was there, then they'd change their behavior. It's very scary knowing there are so many patients here being ignored. My family member is still suffering the consequences of this.

The staff at this facility is exceptional. I feel comfortable referring clients here due to the staff! They care about the general well-being of their patients.

If I could give them a zero I would. Overnight staff left me laying in my own urine for hours. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone! After receiving a UTI on the first day here I still have yet to receive medication for it. The overnight staff acts as if you are a burden. I would not recommend this facility for friends, loved ones, or family members. I’m not sure why the overnight staff is allowed to get away with this! They also refuse to give me pain medication I am prescribed. I’ve been here six days and they say it takes six days to arrive !!!! Overnight staff here is downright cruel, letting you blame your own urine refusing your prescriptions getting mad if you turn the nurses light on. I’m not sure why the overnight staff is allowed to get away with this but they are hi baby

My husband was at the facility for about 8 months, which were the most trying time of our lives. However the support & love you get at the facility is more than I could ever ask for. The nurses & staff have made the overall experience exceptional! I’m so grateful for Lakendra a staff nurse, Shauntae the DON, N’Dhyra another staff nurse, Lizzie the CNA, Adeline the CNA, Marjorie the social worker, Melissa in admissions & so many others. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude towards all the workers who have assisted us in the care of my dear husband in these trying times. To the team at Manorcare thank you forever!

A friend's father is a resident here at Manor Care of Delray. Being in hospitals and nursing homes on and off for 30 years, in South Florida and Virginia,this facility is top notch! Friendly staff, amazing nurses and Therapy program! Call bells are answered in minutes! Also, smells clean! The staff works hard and goes out of their way to accommodate and help the residents and visitors. Many of the employees have worked for 10+ years! This is a wonderful facility!

My father was there from Jan 21 to Mar 18 in 2022. The room was just OK and food / activites good, but not much attention given by nurses nor anyone trying to make him comfortable. Not even a clock in the room bad for those in rehab with confusion. Problems working with insurance and no follow ups after discharge. Social workers offered no help nor guidance outside of telling you "how much it will cost when the insurance 'runs out'." This place is also over $14,000 a month and to be honest, that's way too much for the mediocre services provided.

I went to your Manor Care and was kinda nervous about it due to the reviews. I was surprised to feel how welcoming it felt as soon as I walked in. I met a Aida and she asked how she could help me. I asked her for a tour and she called someone but while we were waiting she told me all the facility. The tour was very impressive. My loved one has been admitted since & the transition has been difficult but therapy & activities have been doing a great job keeping him busy.
