Maple Lanes - Countryside

Had a great time! Went bowling here with a group of friends and we had a great time! One surprising thing was the waitress that came and served the food we had ordered. It was a cat-like robot that delivers food to the different lanes. Pretty cool! They have a nice bar and a good size arcade as well. Customer service was great. And the employees were very helpful throughout the whole night.

Showed up with a group of about 30 friends to play some games. I must say Megan was a great help. She helped us set up the games and when we had an issue with lane 28 she promptly had it fixed. She even came back around to make sure all was well. Thanks to Megan for a great 1st experience.

Always a fun time for friends and family. I went this weekend with my daughter, sister and her husband. We played 2 games and rented 3 pairs of shoes and it was $50.00. Not bad for a few hours of fun for four people. Hey have a nice snack bar and bar.

We’ve been here a couple times. When we came a few months ago, we did the Sunday funday deal with the family. 90 minutes of bowling, shoe rental and $10 arcade card. I didn’t realize until this time that the arcade card was part of the deal because least time they never handed me the card and this time I had to ask for it. Last time we ordered food and it seemed like forever that it took to make our food so finally I went to check on it and they had it sitting under the heat lamps for who knows how long because the food delivery robot was programmed to send it to the wrong lane. This visit was much better…. Perhaps because I reminded them of the arcade card and didn’t order food. I will say, every game in the arcade is about $1.50-$2 per a play, which is a ripoff. The lanes themselves are well maintained and the electronic pads for setting the game are cool because they offer many different themed games. The shoes were in decent shape as well.

ALWAYS A GREAT TIME @ MAPLE!!! I’m here now and love this place so much that I wanted to leave a review. I must say the last review is the furthest thing from the truth I have ever read! Firstly Teddy I think the manager was so accommodating. I wanted to come in for two games but then he told me about $16 all you can bowl with the shoes. Such a deal! I ordered from the kiosk and did my own custom tip, after reading the other guys post I actually left an extra $3. Bottles of water were $2. Then I went to the bar and they have $4 pink lemonade and the bartender was super cute.

Went there on a Friday afternoon to have some fun with my kids and evaluate the possibility of taking my team from work to have a Team building activity there...but they failed the test. First, no where to see the prices and options so you can evaluate what is the best option for you...first sign of "warning"... paid $81.00 for 2 hours of play for 2 adults and a minor...may be may be not that bad...then, my oldest wanted some chicken and my little girl some fries. Ordered from the kiosk a COMBO of 4 chicken tenders, fries and a medium soda, A COMBO...COMBO = those 3 items com TOGETHER...for $12.84...was charged $15.00 because "automatic gratuity"...???...when they brought the order, there were no fries...???...I though they were bringing them in a minute...ask for my fries and the lady that brought the order told me that I order no fries...???...I politely clarified that I ordered the combo...she went back to the cafe area and came back with a receipt that I ordered a combo with no fries...I asked her how can that be possible and she show me a weird receipt with a couple of no and I proceed to explain that I answered no to ketchup or other sauce because is the first place I go that ketchup of chicken sauces are charged extra...still, respectfully I clarified that I ordered and PAID for a combo and my little girl wanted the fries...she proceeded to tell me that if NOW I wanted the fries it was $4.50 EXTRA!!!...really???...a 2 pounds frozen bag of fries is $1.98, from where they can get 6 or may be 7 servings for the COMBO that is not a combo...you are up to lose a client for a handful of fries that the client ALREADY PAID??? My team and me are 8 people, with a plus one 16...I was going to pay for bowling and food for an afternoon on fun at the end of the month for a team building event, but I will definitely go to another place to do my activity, and anyone that asks me, that is not the place to go...Not the smartest way to do business...

Maple Lane Countryside Bowling is very neat bowling set-up with upgraded new bowling floor, nice bowling equipment along with streamlined online lane reservations. They also have Arcade Game set along with an attached restaurant. They have a cute robo “BelBot” that delivers your food orders to your lane. So you don’t have to wait in front of the kitchen to pick your food. Kids love the bot as it interacts with the guests. Really neat. Would love to see those around at other places as well. Plenty of TV screens and large projection screens that play music videos above the bowling lanes. Best part of this bowling set up is that kids feel comfortable with the side rails when they are using the lane. When an adult is bowling the side rails disappear. A+ on hygiene & cleanliness as lanes, kiosk & sitting area gets sanitized after every use. Restrooms are clean & well maintained.

First time at this location pretty awesome. 40 total Lanes, great staff lots to do for kids and adults. Love the food robot!

There is nothing I don't like about this bowling alley! The staff is super friendly, the lanes have the latest technology no more manually putting up rails, fantastic food, a pro shop with the nicest, very knowledgeable staff, bar/pool tables for those interested, and a game room full of arcade games for those young at heart. I highly recommend! They have all kinds of specials, so I promise you won't be disappointed!!!

My family and I went on Sunday Funday and had the pleasure of being greeted by nesonia Sorry if I'm misspelling but above and beyond customer service!!!! She even saw the kids were hype and excited so she sat hubby and I close to the lounge/bar be I love it lol. Mike there is also a blast lol he ALWAYSSSS takes care of us when we come with the XS small balls for the girls and the orange ramp for me . Also love that he hits us with line from movies to see if we know it just another cute way they go there way. The manager oh Lord I forgot her name is gem always a smile . Thank the entire staff for always making it a welcoming place for a family with 5 kids who's has personalities of 10 in one see you guys next week!!
