Located in historic downtown Bluefield, WV, The Maples is a family-owned Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living Community that has been providing the highest quality senior care for nearly three decades. The Maples is a Skilled Nursing Facility that offers IV Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational and Speech Therapy, Long term care, Hospice Care along with Assisted Living Care. We are dedicated to promoting the Quality of life for our short-stay residents and long term residents and families by offering a caring and dedicated team of Physician's, RN's, Therapists, Social Worker's, LPN's and Certified Nursing Assistants. We have two Physician's within our Facility, One Physician is onsite daily and we have many participating outside physician's to meet all your healthcare needs.
