Sitting in the waiting room on floor 3 while my sister is in surgery, your front desk employees are obnoxiously loud and are having some kind of reunion with their former IT person. This behavior is very inappropriate for a hospital waiting room with concerned family members waiting for important news. We shouldn't have to ask them to lower their voices out of respect. PLEASE do better
Dr. Fasen saved my life. The first general surgeon I was referred to reviewed my chart and refused to operate--refused to even see me. Dr. Fasen left open the possibility that maybe my symptoms were not psychosomatic. He cut me open, removed the intestinal blockage, and sewed me back up. I felt so much better immediately! Now I can eat without vomiting. I had been wasting away. I've regained weight. And I'm regaining strength. I am so grateful for Dr. Fasen's care and skill!

Hello all. I would like to say thank you for the amazing staff and experience given to me on the day of my surgery from the check in process to the finish line. Let me begin with the very welcoming and courteous staff at the front desk, I want to say her name is Lisa...I apologize if I got the name wrong but you were great. My two pre-op nurses Chris and Ashlee. Chris you made me feel very comfortable and Ashlee you can put an iv in my arm any day.....most painless stick ever and you did it effortless. Claire M. in post-op you are definitely meant to be a nurse! Last but not least Dr. Simone is an amazing Podiatrist, very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Simone and his team at Maplewood Surgery Center. Thank all of you, keep up the 5 star care! Dawn Schlueter
My experience was wonderful from start to finish. From the pre-op call from the nurse to the follow up call I received after surgery. The center was clean with plenty of seating and beverages as you wait. Easy to find and free parking. All the nurses were absolutely lovely. I felt like there were 4-5 nurses, that I encountered and all wonderful/accommodating. My discharge nurse Lacey was amazing! It was like having a pal take care of you. They were also wonderful on keeping my driver updated and making him comfortable. Very positive experience in a stressful situation. I appreciated every employee there.
Dr. Kelly and her team are all very nice! My very 1st surgery great experience. Modern new facility. Would highly recommend Dr. Kelly and the Maplewood location! Thank you all!
I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received at Maplewood Surgery Center. Everyone was so caring and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Anderson surgeon and Dr. Mecklenburg anesthesiologist and the entire care team took great care of me, and I really appreciate it!! If I ever need a surgical procedure again, I would definitely trust Maplewood Surgery Center.
I had a great experience at the Maplewood Surgery Center. They answered all my questions before surgery helping me make sure they were in network with my insurance, giving me all the information I needed. The facility is clean and well organized, there are beverages, TVs, magazines, plenty of items to keep you occupied. The staff were polite and very helpful. They were on time and the procedure went smoothly. They called to check up on me and answered the questions I had. They genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was managing pain and healing well. I highly recommend this facility!

Excellent care for my breast cancer surgery and this is beautiful new facility. I was so scared and they reassured me with their warmth and positive attitude. They actually had me laughing. The staff and surgeon Dr. Ashley Zilles were just exceptional and turned something terrifying into a positive experience. My adult children and I highly recommend the staff and this facility.
