Since 1983, Marble Slab Creamery® has been a leading purveyor of chef created, super-premium, hand-mixed ice cream and the innovator of the frozen slab technique. Every batch of Marble Slab Creamery ice cream is fresh made in small batches in the store using ingredients from around the world and dairy from local farms. Ice Cream and Treatery merged into one combined
ice cream concept … taking the best of both worlds to create a playful, crave-able taste experience with fresh, imaginative artisan ice cream and endless high quality mixins. Marble Slab Creamery brings a rich history of super-premium ice cream using fresh dairy from around the corner and the finest ingredients from around the world. Mix in MaggieMoo’s celebrated history of innovation – award-winning flavors, first to introduce ice cream cupcakes and ice cream pizza, first to utilize online ordering – and you have a combination that can’t be beat. Miss Maggie Moo continues to be our celebutante icon, and the lively new store interiors include playful cow spots to further magnify the fun personality of Miss Maggie and our Brand. You can’t help but have fun with every visit!

We started with an unusually high set of standards and a goal to bring the exquisite taste of fresh-made gourmet ice cream to fellow aficionados. This dedication led to our development of the now famous “frozen slab” technique for ice cream preparation. It isn’t just dessert. It’s the world’s freshest ice cream, made just the way you like it, just when you want it. We allow our customers to create their own experience!
Marble Slab Creamery has built its reputation by specializing in premium ice cream with the finest ingredients. Originally, the franchise was invented by chefs Penn and LaPage, who changed the way we enjoy frozen dessert with the ability to create your own concoction. Their “Frozen Slab” was the first, the original, and soon they began franchising this concept. We hand roll and bake our waffle cones on-site. For mixins, we offer some of the freshest fruits, the finest nuts, the sweetest candies and the most delicious cookies available.
