Dr Bilodeau and his staff are wonderful! I had a scheduled cleaning today, and chipped a tooth this morning. We are leaving for the north in 5 days. Dr Bilodeau recommended a new crown, will put in a filling in 2 days to hold me until my return in 5 months. No problem!! Every interaction we’ve had has been pleasant, competent and fairly priced. If you need a dentist in the Delray area you can’t do better.

I had visited another dentist before coming to see Dr Bilodeau. I felt so much more comfortable at his practice! He was able to fix my issue at a much lower price. I liked him and trusted him and his staff! Thank you, Dr Bilodeau and staff!

My wife made an appointment for me as a new patient. Arrived at the office 5 minutes ahead of the appointment time and gave my name. There was a sign requiring masks on the entry door so I duly masked up. Was logged in and told by receptionist A that she would tell the dentist I had arrived. Sat in the waiting room masked while other patients sat unmasked and unchallenged by the staff who were behind a closed glass partition and also unmasked. After waiting for 35 minutes past my appoinment time, I asked when I would be seen - only to be told by receptionist B that my appointment was actually for a week out. Receptionist B said that she “thought I was with those other people” I was sitting at the opposite end of the waiting room from “other people” as they were not masked and never exchanged as much as one word with anyone. So why did receptionist A log me in and mark me down as “arrived”? Never actually saw the dentist. Could have been a genuine miscommunication between my wife and the office on dates, but it’s clear that the staff want to sit behind a closed glass partition, not enforce their own mask requirements, and pay zero attention to who is waiting outside the partition. Hardly the best way to treat a potential new patient. What’s the point of having an indoor mask requirement and then completely ignoring it? There are almost 500 dentists in Delray Beach. I cancelled my appointment and went with another dentist.

Hey everyone I just found this great dentist in South Florida. Yes, someone proficient in this neck of the woods. Dr. Marc Bilodeau and his entire staff are terrific. They accept insurance and everyone, absolutely everyone in the office is professional, efficient, and pleasant. They run on time and are careful and skilled. If you are looking for a GREAT dentist, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Bilodeau.

Jackpot. Professionalism, expertise, well-organized, accommodating, trustworthy, prompt, friendly, sanitary -- everything I want in my dental provider. If you have very high standards, then you will be in excellent hands with Dr B, and his assistants Patty and Natalie. The office manager, Linda, is as organized, exacting, straightforward, professional, and knowledgeable as it gets. And Abby's welcoming smile is the perfect greeting when you enter the comfortable and unpretentious office. Highly recommend.

For anyone who has ever been afraid of the dentist you have to go-to Dr. Bilodeau. His staff the doctor the whole experience is very calming. They are friendly, happy and reassuring.. Go get your teeth checked!!

I love this office!! Have been going to Dr. B for over a decade!! Office Staff is fantastic, friendly, caring and efficient!! No hidden fees or unnecessary procedures. Plus Dr. B's work is phenomenal!! I love my smile going to have my teeth until I'm 100. I highly recommend Dr. Bilodeau!!

Incredible staff, and a fantastic and Friendly Dentist. Dr. B immediately made me feel at ease with a quick lighthearted joke and his extreme attention to detail. The costs were very reasonable, and he did not push any unnecessary work. I've been to many dentist throughout the years, and this one is definitely a keeper.

I had an infection in my jaw for more than two years and he kept saying it was a bone growth until he finally admitted it was an infection so I ended up loosing my tooth and with a hole in my jaw. I'm very disappointed at him, I would never recommend him to anyone.
