My husband and I have been clients for around 13 years or so... excellent team, doing excellent work. We like Dr. Valentini so much that he is still our dentist even though we moved to Fort Pierce!
I went to Dr. Valentini’s office once for a casual semi annual cleaning- it was fine. My insurance changed before my second visit of the year and I tried to cancel my appointment since it would no longer be covered but they still charged me a cancellation fee which I didn’t pay. They called me a few months later to let me know that they are sending me to collection for my outstanding fee of $177 for my missed appointment. Are you kidding? I let them know the fee wasn’t for a service and explained that I had tried to cancel and the receptionist response- no worries I’ll let our accountant know to send it collections. Would not recommend for obvious reasons.
I've been a patient for 12 years, along with my husband. Dr. Valentini's knowledge and his patient care are both exceptional. He takes time to explain things and truly cares about his patients. The entire staff is fantastic.
We have been going to Dr Valentini for over 5 years. Not to mention my whole family uses him. My mother in law and great grandmother. I use him and my two kids. He's not only a wonderful general dentist he is also an amazing pediatric dentist. My children love him. He's established an outstanding rapport with them. I mean who's children get excited about going to the dentist!!! However, this is when it should start. When they are little. Everyone in the office is beyond accomodating. I feel right at home and trust Dr Valentini very much. I feel very fortunate to have him as our family dentist!!!!
Dr. Valentini's wealth of knowledge & great bedside manner made me enjoy going to the dentist again! He pateintly answered all the questions that I had & explained step by step what he was doing. The staff was also friendly & accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Valentini. I ensure that you will have the same wonderful experience that I had.
Have been going to Dr. Valentini for years. He keeps me with good dental health. and is there when I need an emergency situation. He is very caring but dealing with some all but unreasonable clients in a tough area. I could not ask for more. I have good teeth and he definitely helps me keep them that way.
I am extremely impressed with Dr Valentin's approach, work ethics and results. He prepares you with all of the information you require to make an educated decision on the procedures he performs. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an extremely good dentist.
dr. Valentini is an awesome dentist! i have been coming here for years and will never go any place else. His staff is amazing and he is awesome. I would definitely recommend him highly!!
Have been a patient of Dr. Valentini 's for 20 years. He and his staff are caring and professional. He never pushes you to do anything. He tells you all your options, answers all your questions and lets you decide. I can't say enough good about that entire practice.
