Marc Star, DDS has been practicing dentistry since 1997 here in Maryland and in Washington DC. Since that time he has aspired to begin his own practice where he could follow his own philosophy of care for his patients.
Dr. Star earned his D.D.S. from the University of Maryland in 1993. After graduation, he did his general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, D.C and he is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Star resides in Maryland with his wife, Sharon, and their two cats. He enjoys antiquing, listening to music, gardening and current events.
Dr. Star looks forward to "providing all of his patients with quality dental care in a friendly, relaxed and caring environment."
Dr. Star worked with Katherine Aeillo, DDS at a practice in Columbia, MD and they share a common belief and philosophy of patient care and staff respect.
When Dr. Aeillo decided to retire, it was a perfect fit for Dr. Star to take over and continue treating her existing patients.
As of December 2010 Dr. Star and Dr. Aiello are working to transition the practice and make it smooth for everyone who visits his comfortable and inviting office in Ellicott City near the intersection of Baltimore National Pike (Route 40) and Ridge Road.
