My bf and I stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2023, and it was great! The hotel itself is nice, definitely an older building, but I really enjoyed the charm of the place. We had breakfast every morning there, either in the restaurant or at the breakfast buffet when it was open, and the food was really excellent! The customer service here was probably the best aspect of our trip. The front desk was always there to help with anything we needed, namely Rachel and Greisy, but everyone was so lovely. Ricky, one of the servers at the restaurant, is absolutely the best! He was such a great server and a lovely person. We had some great conversations! The pool in the center of the grounds is great, and the landscaping is done quite nicely too. The rooms are very spacious, which was excellent, considering how long we stayed. Nearby activities: The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk to the strip.
I don’t recommend this place. Unless your on a budget and only plan on sleeping here briefly. The carpet is old and dirty. Refrigerator was dirty. The sink and the tub backs up.Toilet seat had stains on them. The mattress was stained. Even the wall has stains on them. Also , upon going to the front desk to ask for towels and tissue. The guy there seemed confrontational when I ask for two rolls of tissue. As there are four of us and the toilet tissue is paper thin. Rooms: They are old and dirty
I came for a business trip and unfortunately my last residency was poor so I had to quickly relocate for the weekend. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. When I got to the room it was more than perfect for what I needed. My main concern was roaches being in the roach season but the cleanliness was good. Though it’s not a 5 star cleanliness hotel it more than met my needs.
For the money, this place is a good find. It's not on the strip, but it certainly is close enough to qualify. As a well located hotel. I want some money in the casino so I am extra happy plus I had some food and drinks and I stayed in a nice, comfortable room.Rooms: 5/5
This hotel looks as old one. Not too old but not modern and you feel some kind of strange with furniture and design of rooms. If you say not clean- I agree. Because, mostly they in Las Vegas sold to us cheap products for higher price. Maybe they hotel owner-operators think that is more than enough for them people from west or east cost. But level of service is too far from average in the US.
I stayed here several times. One of the staff members would always print me a receipt upon checkout. Somehow I am now getting told that the hotel doesn't print receipts anymore unless I go through a 3rd party I book with. I've been staying here consistently the past 3 months and now I can't simply get a receipt printed. I also noticed that the response is coming from staff members I have not dealt with before. The other staff members were much more efficient and productive and the request that seem to be common in the hospitality business. I even called and spoke with a manager named Mike. He seemed very passionate about cutting me off mid sentence as I tried explaining to him several times the situation. I'm still not sure he even understands what it is I was explaining. Maybe they should have the front desk worker who prints me off the receipts handle the situation. But he wouldn't let me explain that before cutting me off.
A little bit of a rough start when checking in. It's an older property and there was a problem with the door to my room. The guy at the front desk was a bit overwhelmed. But in the end it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Maintenance jumped right on it and took care of everything. The grounds are maintained well. Pool is nice and family friendly. Mature olive trees. Clean/comfortable room. I would definitely come back.
Great value hotel close to the venue. Good sized fridge in the rooms, would have loved a microwave and kettle. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Rooms: 3/5
Just wanted to give a shout out to Rachel working front desk. She is REALLY good at her job. She is so patient, polite, and she is genuine when talking to others. Someone needs to give her a raise! Great job.Rooms: 2/5
I was there only one day but my room was ok in the cleanliness dept I didn't see any bugs or experience any thing out of the ordinary instead it was quiet and calm I was content. I'd stay again. I will say this though they could use a renovation cause it needs a lil bit of life in there maybe put kitchenette and newer sheets too!Rooms: 3/5
