I love to bake because it makes me happy. And the things I bake make people happy (or so they tell me). Two of my best customers happen to be my little amazing daughters. One of those wonderful girls happens to have a peanut allergy. Since she was diagnosed over a year ago I’ve had to make many changes to all our lives, one of them being how and what I bake. I’ve been able to figure out a way to make peanut-free be delicious. I bake everything from scratch in my peanut free home with nothing but peanut free ingredients (I also obsessively check labels - obsessively). I would not feed it to your child unless I’d also feed it to mine :)
