Not exactly the friendliest customer service UPDATE: service is no better, and may be horribly worse, when you are involved in an accident. Agent showed zero concern or appreciation, was not helpful IN ANY WAY and just instructed me to "get the police report and call their insurance company".... just horrible customer service! The worse. She never offered info on how I could obtain a rental, even though I pay for the coverage on time EVERY month. Use ALLSTATE but if customer service is important to you, I would not consider this particular agency

I am always able to contact my agent about anything, and my questions or concerns are always answered in a timely manner. I am very happy to recommend Maria S Flores insurance, the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I have loved the service that I have received and I saved over $200 a month when I switched from my last company. I also received better coverage when I compared it to my last company. I am very pleased with how I have been treated by the company and by its employees.
