Woodforest National Bank

I was greeted by two bank tellers that were very polite and professional. Laquinta and Andrea were both super friendly and apparently must be on top of things at their branch because is was able to cash a check and make a withdrawal in only a couple of minutes.

This is the worse bank I have ever dealt with. Tellers have no idea what they’re doing and that’s even if you can get one to wait on you. Tellers are always sitting down behind their little glass case. Stay away from this bank. Complete garbage!!

Andrea is amazing !! Always so friendly, helpful and informative. She deserves a raise !

The bank closes at 6. I get here at 4:37 no one is here for 20 mins. 1 of the bank tellers has a nasty attitude EVERY TIME!!!! However the managers are really nice and helpful. I've decided to switch banks. Today was the last straw

Went to open account here the only identification I had was the paper one the DMV provides until my hard copy comes in the mail. The person that assisted me questioned me like I was lying and she didn't believe the paper ID is the same as the hard one. She let me know I couldn't use it cuz she has to run it through the scanner. She was too lazy to just enter the DL # needless to say they lost my business.

The people were cool Nice and friendly Wait time was less 10 minutes I was in and out
