All staff are kind, they respond to voicemails and call back within same business day, they have good availability. They informed that there are no hidden or surprise charges eg. extra cost for tooth extractions after a cleaning/surgery because they are transparent from the beginning. Context: Malcolm was limping off his hind right leg and Meeka has a few issues to review eye discharge, gingivitis. Photos show some before and after. Dr. Mak is passionate about animal care, provides thorough assessment, and details the treatment plan instructions well. Follow-up was great when I had questions based on the changing situation at home; even when Dr. Mak was off, the other vet stepped in to answer questions and provide guidance quite clearly. This clinic is among the top 2 that I have been to in 6 years. I highly recommend them based on their great service!
I found Dr Goldstein 18 years ago with my very first pet dog Boo Boo he had a accident at just a few months old and Dr Goldstein save his life I went to him instead of emergency he did the best he could and then sent us to the emergency hospital booboo was blind and couldn't walk at the time we all thought he wouldn't make it but he did his sight came back he walked even ran again and was alive for 10 years befor passing booboo was our little mircle dog thanks to Dr Goldstein's skills and being a really amazing Vet... he also took care of Lola booboo's wifey she was around for 15 years but passed on dec 12 2019 I dont trust my animals with anyone else he now takes care of my new dogs Elias and Avah and also gave their puppies there shots and deworming most recently ...Lily Mason and Kenzo !!
First time visiting the clinic for our dog’s allergy. Staff were friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. We can see how the doctor examined our dog because we are in the room. Not unlike clinics where they send the pets to the back room. The doctor listened to us and gave us advice. Overall, we are satisfied for now.
I'm so glad I chose Markham Road Animal Hospital as my first veterinary experience! Everyone who works here truly want whats best for both you and your pet. They are insightful, friendly and passionate about their profession. As a client, that's all I can ask for in terms of a good first impression. I immediately booked another appointment to get my puppy's second vaccination. I don't think anyone can go wrong choosing this veterinary practice :
Excellent clinic. We brought our Australian Sheppard puppy two years ago to this clinic and had a very pleasant experience. Honestly, were a bit skeptical before we got there. But receptionist, doctor Goldstein literally everyone smiling and willing to help. Thank you Ashley specially!!. Would definitely recommend this is our "go-to" clinic.
Dr Goldstein has been my cat Jamie vet since 2018 and I trust him completely with my cat's Healthcare. Jamie is 15 years old now a bit Grumpy amd Dr Goldstein understands his temperament. Thank you for providing 15 years of outstanding care for Jamie.
My cat named Baby always receives the best treatment and we always receive the best advice. Thank you for taking care of our family.
First time visiting a vet for our dear kitten Luna's spaying. Dr. Goldstein, Hani and the rest of the staff took excellent care of her. Responsive and detailed instructions post surgery. We did have some issues post surgery thinking Luna had split her stitches she didn't, wasn't pooping first 2-3 days, and some swelling at the incision site. The doctors and staff made time to see us free of charge, through their busy schedule and helped assuage our worries.
Beyond amazing! We couldn't be happier to have found this clinic. We had a life-saving procedure done. The knowledge, experience, compassion, all 10/10. From the moment we stepped in with Aston, we knew we were in wonderful, caring hands! Thank you Dr. Goldstein and Team!
The vet I met with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with me while I explained my cats history and he was very thorough throughout the examination and kept me informed the entire time. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
