Our page is promoting a healthy lifestyle. We encourage Marquette students and members to get a personal trainer, join group fitness classes, AND stop in to our FREE Fitness Assessment Center.
Personal Training: Personal training can help you reach your health and fitness goals. Your trainer will develop a personalized program that is perfect for you and will support you with expert knowledge, coaching and motivation to help you look, feel and live better. Low rates:
Students $12/hr,
Members $20/hr, and
Non-members $25/hr
General Assessments include: Height, Weight, BMI, Nutritional Analysis, Blood Pressure, Flexibility, and MORE! Assessments are quick, easy, and did I mention FREE?
