I've worked with Marshall Rental for hundreds of events over the last 16 years. I have never had anything but a wonderful and professional experience dealing with this company and have always found the owners to be honest and direct when working with them to place orders. They deliver on time and the staff is professional and courteous on site. I find their prices to not necessarily be the least expensive but also not the most expensive in the market. They also do not nickel and dime their clients. They are always my first call for any event rental needs.

Do not use! I would rather get a colonoscopy than use this company for anything. Rude, expensive, ruthless. Sperry, Taylor Rental, Apex all much better options.

Just because of the multiple reviews of people claiming how rude they are. I’m not even going to chance doing business with them. Being professional and friendly are just as important as the objects rented. They lost my wedding business purely on the reviews. Reviews matter! Be nicer guys.

Marshall provided the tent and accessories for my daughter's wedding. They did an amazing job!

Inquired about availability and pricing for chairs - 3xs more expensive than other places. Gentleman on the phone acted exasperated and short with me and hung up on me when i said I’ll keep looking. Definitely won’t call them back because instead of trying to get my business he was rude. This is for my wedding day, i could deal without the attitude.

Friendly and helpful. We needed to rent a dozen chairs for a big family Thanksgiving dinner and we were glad they could help us for a very reasonable price.

The rentals all showed up and our wedding was AMAZING, but we could have done without the sour experience that came along with this vendor. The experience started off so well - they were informative and accommodating; however, once our bill was paid in full, we received a completely different experience. They refused to give us a delivery time in order for us to coordinate other deliveries which made things quite difficult for everyone, they were grumpy that we provided some of our own equipment and didn't use their preferred caterer who was booked already for another event!, and some of our tent sides had large holes in them and yes it rained on our wedding day. The owner can be short tempered and everything has to go through him... according to other locals this is a typical experience with him. This is the first time I have ever given a poor review on Yelp. All of our other vendors were AMAZING, none of whom were suggested my Marhsalls.

Extremely rude - do not use if you're planning an event that is important as you will end up with unnecessary headaches. When asking if I could change the drop off time to a couple hours later an aggressive man said "I'm voiding this order, call someone else, we're not doing this." There was zero conflict or issue before this - just terrible business who will create undue stress for you. 0/10 do not recommend.

We bought a tent from Marshall to use at a nonprofit Summer camp for kids. It was the most horrific experience I’ve had dealing with a business ever. They were incredibly nasty just when we were trying to purchase the tent. When we tried to put it up and realized there were no instructions and we seemed to be missing parts we called them. The rude and awful old man we dealt with there are 2 that sound exactly alike told me I bought the tent as is, he wasn’t the one who sold it to me Tim MARSHALL and he owed me nothing! I was simply asking for help and the type of tent it was to Google instructions. He was rude and condescending and even after going back to get parts which he very begrudgingly supplied, we still didn’t have all the parts. DO NOT USE THEM, IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WE DEALTH WITH THE OWNERS!!
