The store is ok. The problem is when you buy $400+ worth of stuff, but can't take the cart to your car. VERY handicapped UNFRIENDLY!!! There is a sensor that literally locks the wheels. Then I had one of the managers say she could take the sensor off just long enough for me to run the stuff out. They can't & shouldn't lie. I've made the mistake twice. Last Halloween & Christmas. Won't do it again.
Great finds and even better prices. Always one of my go to shops because they have everything you need in one store. Good customer service.
I was unable to find a ladies robe or slippers. There is no selection or no stock at all. Left the store empty handed.
I just want to say, as someone who’s worked in customer service for almost 3 years, I wanted to shoutout the cashier Ava really quick. She’s incredibly kind, very welcoming, and all she’s doing is being herself. : I hope this gets to her some how she deserves to know shes doing amazing

This is probably my favorite Marshalls in Connecticut. Like many others- they are not unorganized. They are very neat and the staff is super friendly. I only rate it 4/5 stars because it’s a hit or miss with sizing and availability.
I went there for the first time today. The store was excellent with a great selection. However, when I went to check out, the cashier asked if I wanted to join their FREE rewards program for 10% off. I asked if it was a credit card or if it would run my credit, 3X! And each time the kid said no it isn't and it doesn't run my credit. Thankfully I canceled half way through because I realized he was signing me up for a credit card. Really shady in my opinion.
Great sue but the Men’s section is lacking quite a bit.
