Marshfield Clinic

Colleen, the lady taking calls at the front desk won't admit when they are at fault for sending in prescriptions. My appointment was last Thursday Colleen... it should have been sent to Walgreens then. This was Marshfield's fault. Take some responsibility. Do your job, to prevent reviews like this. I see you're already at a 2.8. I don't call that good.

First of all I would like to point out that their desk staff are a bunch of rude idiots. Second I had to to take my kids to a different clinic/ hospital because they refused to treat my daughter due to ONE missed appointment. Yet another day we had an appointment for my daughter and we called them to let them know we would be a few minutes late and we get there they turn us away. REALLY MARShfield clinic?? Is that how you treat ALL your patients? Now I get a bill in the mail for an appointment that wasn't even MINE!!!! It was my daughters appointment so they double billed me and my daughters insurance company!! Rip off artists?? I think so!! Never will I or any of my family members go to MARShfield clinic. Go elsewhere people unless you want to be taken!!

There is not even a Dr at Marshfirld Hayward clinic. 8 can't believe this lady that that cares for people. She is dismissive and always referring out. I had a horrible experience w her making me cry w her rude demeaner. DO NOT go here. She's not a Dr and lacks education at that. I'd give it a zero if I could. Shame on her!

I had a really great experience at this clinic. They scheduled an appointment for a week after I called. I literally walked in, sat down, walked back to the exam room. I was there for an 1.5 hours for several different testing. I went back the next week for blood work and it took 10 minutes. Super impressed.

Very surprised to be way overcharged for a 5 min appt. - charged $250 to look at a bug bite.. I was concerned it was a tick bite and knew I would need a prescription. I have tried to work with them on the charges but no luck.... they said it was due to the level of service, etc. REALLY! I will never go there again and do NOT recommend.

I've always had a good experience here. For both my LO and I. MUCH better than anywhere else in Hayward Wi.

Front desk staff is terrible and rude! Billing is a disaster. Don't waste your time, go to Essentia.
