The best furniture shopping experience ive ever had. i was working with Misty and she was amazing. the customer service was next level, there wasnt a language barrier at all, and each person was just as friendly as the next. highly recommend for the service and the selection options. i even got next day delivery on an a selection not in the store. unheard of!

Nice selection of furniture and bedding ensembles but the main location has lower prices. Possibly because the owner uses the other location as her main store. I'm just interested in looking at the trundle beds and they had several of them for under $500. Definitely worth going back again

Worst customer service ever, I bough 2 living room sets and one of them was all scratched! For so after calling them 8 times they decided to exchange it! And now I am being accused of keeping a pillow!! They’ve called me about 10 times accusing me of stealing a PILLOW!! Who would want to keep a pillow !

Horrible horrible horrible service I went into this store today and spent over 500$ the man tells me they can deliver between 5-6 pm so 5:30 rolls around no one have called or anything so I called them he tells me that the delivery is on the way I called back at 6:15 ask where were they he said the should be here with in the next 30-45 mins mind u I say 10mins away from the store asked can they have him call no one ever called I called back at 7:15 finally the delivery driver called I asked him about how long will he be he tells me he is in Arlington and it's going to take him another 2hrs to make it to me witch is at 9:30 tonight. I called the store back and guess what no answer they have poor costumer service skills ! And trust this is only have of the horrible situation.

Very rude people, called and sounded very stressed and told me we are close when it says they close at 7. If you want to waste time with rude people this is the place for you.

Customer service good timely delivery service but I ordered a firm double bed and box spring I was delivered a pillow top queen l ordered firm for my back

My mom and I had been shopping around for a new twin mattress and box spring set. Martina’s had the BEST deal and delivered the mattress set in less than an hour!
