MBU Dining Services offer two wonderful venues for all of your dining needs...Hunt Dining Hall, and the University Café.
The spacious and elegant Lyda B. Hunt Dining Hall, with its tall windows and remarkable views of Staunton and surrounding mountains, offers a variety of culinary options, including vegetarian selections at each meal. Lunch and dinner include a wide array of salads, homemade soups, desserts, fast food fare, made-to-order sandwiches, comfort foods, dishes that feature local ingredients, healthful choices, and a cook ‘n go station where students can cook a variety of foods for themselves.
To offer high quality foods which are prepared safely, presented
appropriately and served with a smile. Our mission is made possible by staff who attend work when scheduled, are dressed according to standards and conduct themselves as they wish to be served and observed.
